Relaxing and friendly

Decent for a one night stay.
Pros:

Staff was nice and friendly, room had all the basis necessities eg kettle, working TV, working radiator, towels. I had booked this hotel because we were at a family wedding down the road so the location was perfect for us.

Cons:

The rooms were a little bit outdated. The bin in the toilet was rusty which would be an easy fix. Our double bed was two singles pushed together and there was a slight difference in height between the two beds in the middle which was a little bit uncomfortable.

Good clean and very friendly environment. Location suited me down to the ground. Ample parking.

Location was excellent. Breakfast not available. Staff very friendly not intrusive.

Cheap and convenient stay
Pros:

It’s convenient for the motorway junction, had an adjoining pub and it’s close to Kirkham

Cons:

The bathrooms need a deep clean around the shower and then re grouting

Very noisy we coukd hear every conversation from our next door neighbours who were up with there puppy at 12.30, 1.45, 2.30 , 4.20, and 5.50
