Exceptional value. Lovely staff. Would return in future.
Pros:

Bedding clean. Not spotless but expected with the good value. Very helpful member of staff both on check in and the next morning at check out.

Cons:

The beds. VERY wobbly and mattress hard and lumpy. Room 8. Lack of information on website about local food establishment. We had a meal on way and then found a large pub/restaurant was immediately next door. Not owned by hotel.

It was a pleasure to stay, the staff were amazing all so friendly and helpful, Rooms are comfortable but immaculately clean, bathroom spotless.... would i stay again Definitely. And to top it off the eatery next door is fabulous 👌

Pros:

The price was right and next door for something to eat. The gentleman on reception was very nice and helpful

Cons:

Small room, small slippery shower, heating not working but extra heater there. Bedside table missing wood trim

Disappointed I had booked and paid for 3 rooms- no breakfast available- why not provide a continental breakfast food bag
Pros:

Big car park and Close to venue Weeton Barracks

Cons:

UnProfessional staff on reception
Room had no soap/ toiletries in the bedroom for £130 room only this was not acceptable
Very noisy music and voices quite possibly my room was over the pub
Patio very neglected with weeds everywhere
Building g woodwork needed painting
The postcode provided took me to the other side of the roundabout over 1 mile away …. Location map would be better if the postcode is not helpful
