For the price a very good deal with very clean and comfortable room
Pros:

Location just of motorway excellent for Blackpool Cleveleys fleetwood and coast.

Not what I expected
Pros:

Tv worked

Cons:

Room wasn’t clean, we spotted crisps under the bed as soon as we walked in.
In bathroom the bin was old and rusty. The curtains had holes in them. Room was dated and needs full refurbishment

Short stay good location, reception staff good

Cons:

Television didn't work with normal channels ie BBC, itv. Room didn't get cleaned, bed not made, bins not emptied, tea coffee and milk not replenished, I know it was a short stay but I did expect these little things to be done at £80 a night

Poor
Pros:

Close to where we were visiting.

Cons:

Hard to find. Postcode not sending you to the correct location. Very old fashioned rooms. No plugs at the side of the beds. I have a breathing machine so I had to ask for an extension lead. They did accommodate this but had to get it from another location. This was concerning as they said they would have it on our return later in the evening. They did but this was a bit of a distraction for our evening out incase they hadn't located one on our return at 12 midnight. All so most people want a plug at the side of their bed to charge phones etc. The beds were very unstable and moved very easily as though there should of been drawers underneath to weigh them down so had to put them together to ensure they didn't move so easily.

Great for what we needed it for

Overpriced. It’s clean, but don’t expect any frills.
Pros:

The location next to the motorway is good and surprisingly quiet.

Cons:

The rooms are not of a high quality. The mattress and pillows are cheap and uncomfortable. The bathroom had a strong smell of damp, was poorly fitted out. The hotel doesn’t appear to have had a penny spent on it in quite some time.
