Pros:

Me puso la recepcionista en la habitación 125 y esta al lado del cuarto de limpieza, por eso a las 7 de la mañana nos despertaron los carros de la limpieza al sacarlos y arrastrarlo por el pasillo.

Excellent historical building, in a great location. Clean and comfortable as you’d expect in a hotel within this category.

Cons:

The hotel seemed understaffed. One person at reception, no help with luggage available, slow F&B services, etc.

Pros:

La cama era muy grande y cómoda. Respecto a la ubicación está muy cerca del centro histórico y más cerca todavía de la calle comercial.

Mediocre - with dreadful restaurant - and appalling chef.

Location and the suite we booked

Cons:

A bit tired. Plus their restaurant was terrible. Very limited menu. Plus no vegetarian option. The chef refused to make a vegetarian dish for my wife (even though only 14 people in the restaurant) Disgraceful.

Would never stay here again because of this.
