Está muy bien ubicado y el edificio es muy bonito

Llegamos a las 14,30 y aún no tenían preparada la habitación , tocó esperar , para pagar no funcionaba el datáfono , finalmente si , esperar otra vez , ni mapa de la ciudad , ni recomendaciones ni nada , recepcionista parco en palabras , habitación con mobiliario descuidado , es un hotel histórico pero una cosa es eso y otra es viejo , habitacion apenas sin luz natural . Para Ser un cinco estrellas y el precio que tiene esperaba algo más . No volveré .

Make sure you don’t leave anything behind in the room when you checkout as it will be somehow lost.

I forgot my shirt in the room when I checked out and the next day it was gone, when I asked if it was found by housekeeping. Big disappointment from a so called five star hotel.

Las camas son terriblemente incómodas. No hemos dormido nada. La habitación con vistas al patio de la reina que nos dieron era muy pequeña para 2 personas
