This place is closed and your sent to the super 8. The super 8 is full of bugs and fleas. So that's why I isn't book it. The staff have no clue what they are doing at all.

Need clean maintenance, amenity,
Specially dirty bathroom, floor, no shower curtain, dust etc.,

It’s quiet, friendly

The parking was spacious enough for the car guys with trailers. However each room filthy. The bed was made, towels hung. The floors not swept or washed. Both were needed. Fly waste all over curtains, lamp shades, counters, doors etc. I had to use a wash cloth to wash off nightstand. It was a kitchenette but the walls dirty behind stovetop. The staff must not be checked by the manager who was more concerned as we arrived at the fest clerk not that she was leaving so many filthy rooms. I took a couple photos as I was leaving but I’d have to clean to stay. The floor was covered in a film of dirt. Our other person in a room had to change due to filth, no tv, loud refrigerator, not inhabitable. The replacement room slightly cleaner tv worked one day floor dirty but not filthy

It's being remodeled while renting rooms...not worth $25

Limited tv stations no national stations challenging to control.

Strange smell in the room, unclear where to check in, wasn't aware it was a building under construction, door didn't unlock easily (had to unlock it around 20 times and then force the door open)

Didnt like the hotel at all. Very dirty and falling apart
Had a undercover cop sitting outside our room till late in the night. Pillows sucked on the bed they were the size of a couch pillow. Terrible hotel.

Upon arrival, the property was evidently under construction which wasn’t a bad thing…actually a good thing as improvements were under way.

The buildings lacked adequate Signage on where to enter it. It was not obvious. To my knowledge there was no elevator.

Room was clean w/ several amenities such as a stove top, long counter, apt size refrigerator, desk/chair, tv/monitor, towels, soaps…

However the 1 negative that drives my “average” assessment is due to the hot water faucet seemingly was broken. When turning it just spun without tension so the faucet would not open. I called the front desk to report it. I could not take a warm shower! After hanging up I went back in to try it again. I got it to work but I had to angle the faucet in addition to using a fair amount of strength to open it.

This is the other reason for my average/poor assessment of the property.

Old, dirty, bad condition

horrible!!

The lobby was closed. Had to go to Super 8 to check in. 1st room hadn't been swept. 2nd room looked cleaner. Killed around 18 flies. The walls had stuff smeared on them and dead flies all over the floor. The tub had hair in it and the bathroom floor was gross.

My room was in an old dilapidated building that seemed to be in the process of getting torn down. I believe there are some permanent residents living here with pets and kids. The hallway was dark and scary and there was a storage room next to my room filled with junk. I do NOT recommend staying here. Pay extra to stay at the nearby chain hotels.

It was okay

I have never stayed at a place so dirty in my life the fridge had mold, the bathtub probably had not been cleaned in months. I went to a truck stop to have a shower. The floor was so dirty I keep my shoes on. The doors to the office have a chain on it, with a sign to check in at another hotel. I think this is the kind of hotel you could rent by the hour. I can’t believe Expedia has a hotel listed like this. So so disappointing, and gross.

Unsanitary dirty was scared to bring anything in would not recommend
