Leftover dirty dishes left in cabinet
Pros:

I'm sorry but they I wait until 4 o'clock check in due to them having to clean it form 11 am until 4 pm and when we got in the room there were dirty dishes in the cabinet and also in the dishwasher it was very gross. I came for Easter

Good enough for a short stay
Pros:

Excellent location, just across the street from the beach

Cons:

It was our second stay at BW in St. Augustine Beach off season. Both times for a week.
Even after renovation the oom was really smelly ( mold most likely )
The service carts that cleaning stuff is using wake every one up,
Rubber wheels will make a difference.
Be aware that parking is for an additional fee now.

Pros:

I got the suite and it was wonderful very clean and with outdoor access

Cons:

The only thing that made me second guess my option with this suite was that you could every step the person in the room above made. As well at night you could every person talking that was outside of the room very clear and loud so it wasnt so relaxing on that part

If you enjoy the beach it’s a very short walk.
Pros:

Good location for the beach.

Cons:

We were in 108. Outside our room were two electric car stations, leaving us to park away from our room. Having electric car stations outside my room was concerning as I know battery fires are not easy to put out.
The pool and whirlpool were about 60 and 70 degrees obviously powered by the sun.

Poor management

It was close to the beach

Cons:

The staff was terrible. The manager abruptly just opened my door because it was cracked open he did so without even knocking. I appreciate the fact that you're checking to make sure ppl aren't stealing but knocking 3 times is a policy that was Not followed by this guy.I was Extremely upset about this and all he could say was sorry. Also the pool was freezing cold and the hot tub was cold and disgusting.pool staff walking around the pool with a nasty smelling cigarette. Front desk staff was unavailable at check in for 10 minutes. Check out was even worse the girl was always on her phone and didn't care about any of my complaints. Also no safe in room.

Good stay
Pros:

I liked the friendly staff and the convenience of the beach. I didn't get into the pool, but I liked the option to do so because it was so clean.

Cons:

I didn't like the barn doors on the bathroom. I didn't feel I had enough privacy. Also, the smoke detector kept going off during our hot showers.

Other than a few issues with the room the hotel is nice and location is very good.
Pros:

Good location, easy check in. Ground floor room with direct outside access, very convenient.

Cons:

Room was very humid…bed sheet felt wet. Bathroom has a sliding door that was very difficult to close. We didn’t report any of these defects to the front desk as we were only there for one night. In their defence they may have been able to resolve these issues quickly if we had given them a chance.

Good location is really the only plus to staying here. We honestly should have moved hotels but already paid and didn

Cons:

The bed was not comfortable at all, the blankets wouldn't stay on the bed, kept sliding off, the toilet filled up extremely slow after flushing each time, my husband kept having to fix it, the fridge was not cold until the next day after checking in. And we never got to use the hot tub because kids were always in it playing and jumping around in it. And having to pay $15 a day for parking after already paying over 200 a night seems crazy high! I've never paid for parking n top of the room rate. We definitely won't be staying here again.
