I won’t return due to unexpected extra cost.
Pros:

I liked that it had a hot tub. The breakfast was pretty standard. The beds were comfortable, but the blankets were the thickness of tissue paper. There were charging ports for EVs and Teslas, which was nice.

Cons:

I didn’t like the unexpected extra $16 per night to park. I can’t really think of a good reason to charge people who are already paying for a room to pay for parking, and since I wasn’t anticipating it, it was an unwelcome surprise .

Enjoy going to St. Augustine by the beach. Always a wonderful experience.
Pros:

Room size was good but the layout could be improved upon. Poor location of receptacles- non by the nightstand. The breakfast was excellent. The beach was nearby- a five minute walk. The pool was excellent and pool towels were readily available.

Cons:

The king size bed was too close to the bathroom. Plenty of space in the room so really no reason for the placement. A sliding barn style door which dragged on the floor and was very hard to open and close was used for the bathroom. The coffee pot in the room had an extremely short cord, making it difficult to fill with water. When room service made the room they never replenished the coffee pods. The hotel charged $16/day for parking when I was told it would be $10. Parking spaces were tight (I drive a truck).

Pros:

Excellent location. Nice place. Clara at front desk and Luiz, breakfast attendant are amazing. Went out of there way to accommodate us. Friendly smiles. Breakfast was great, hot and cold.

Minor complaints aside, I would absolutely stay here if I visited St. Augustine Beach again.
Pros:

Very clean. Comfortable bed. Decent breakfast. Building appears to be in great shape. Didn’t use the pool but it looked nice. Very close to the beach and in walking distance to quality restaurants/cafes (Crabby’s, Cafe Eleven, etc). Decently priced. Only 5 mile drive to Historic St. Augustine and some other quality attractions that are even closer (Lighthouse, Anastasia State Park).

Cons:

WiFi was a little spotty. Wasn’t crazy about paying for parking, not sure if this is a FL thing but last couple of beach hotels (GA, NC beaches) I stayed at did NOT charge and those were similar quality hotels to this one. The amount isn’t outrageous though ($15-$16/night) and I know it would’ve been far worse in the historic district.
