I did not stay ,i want refund i do have some pics of the hotel, i did check in but did not stay ,the wost experience, of my life time

Pros:

when we arrive at hotel for check in, staff said, they didn’t receive booking at all. there is one middle broker between hotel and expedia that is iroomz .Hotel staff told me to call them and fond our booking. when i call them, they said they have the booking , but they didnt get paid. so they asked me to pay again.i didnt accept to pay again but called to expedia, they said thwy will call hotel and solve the issue.. they took 3days to respond to my case, and finally they said hotel policies are not allowing refund. mean while i called 100’s of times to hotel, middle broker iroomz and expedia.... its arerrinle terrible experience with iroomz and expedia... i will never book any hotel in expedia . Its all scam.
