It was ok, but when I get away and pay $275 I want to feel rested & happy. I was not.
Pros:

The location was perfect for walking to our favorite bakery & to the opera house.

Cons:

The bed felt like sleeping on concrete. It was super duper firm so I had a restless night of sleep and not much of it. The light switch to the over shower light was broken so no light in the shower. The hair dryers are not in the room, you have to get from the front office and stand to wait in line again. Not a huge inconvenience, however most lodging have dryers available in the room.

The sheets were clean, the bed was comfortable after I got in, and it was quiet.
Cons:

The bed was on 2 platforms and I had to jump up and pull on the sheets to get into bed. The toilet was so small and low, it was not good.

Pros:

Picked this location because of its proximity to Davies Symphony Hall - which is within easy walking distance. It is an older hotel in a busy location but parking is readily available and free for guests.

Cons:

The facility is definitely dated. As in last remodel in maybe 1990. On the plus side, the rooms are set up with USB charging ports, but the refrig is tiny, the shower is ancient, but at least everything worked.
