Pros:

Superb hotel in a wonderful central location. A very relaxed atmosphere with a wonderful in house team. Very welcoming and the diptique scent adds to the serene feel

Exceptional experience in the heart of Cape Town, with amazing staff support.
Pros:

Amazing location. Beautiful, comfortable room, but exceptional service from a highly accessible and friendly team was the standout. Thank you Johan, Martijn, Claudine, Bridgett and all the staff. The dinner recommendations and reservations were exactly right and gave us fresh perspectives of the real Cape food experience.

I had an exceptional stay at this property. From the moment I arrived, everything was seamless, the check‑in process was quick and professional and the staff were welcoming and attentive throughout. The room was spotless, beautifully presented and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay.

The facilities were excellent and the attention to detail really stood out. It’s clear that the team takes pride in maintaining high standards. The location was convenient, making it easy to get around and the overall atmosphere was both relaxing and enjoyable.

Labotessa is a rare gem in Cape Town that instantly transports one to an European stay with a level that many top Cape town hotels can’t achieve. Beautiful garden and interior, every single detail looked after, so clean and well maintained and every single team member so friendly and helpful. The tiny touches like a hand written welcome card, complimentary wine/cheese/predrinks, the Diptyque hotel mini’s and not even to mention the stunning Diptyque boutique.

Great little boutique hotel.
Pros:

A real jewel in city center. Lovely spaces. We had a signature suite. Large well appointed room. Very personal and solicitous service from waiting up to receive us at midnight to helping with delayed luggage to reserving a superb restaurant for us. We knew all staff by name including Johann. We would absolutely stay here again.

Service was in a class all by itself!
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Labotessa Hotel. Service was in a class all by itself, breakfast was delicious and included, and each day coming home we would feel like we were greeted by family. Bed was so comfortable and fantastic shower. Highly recommend!!
