Cons:

Nos quartos faltava toalhas, sabonete e shampoo, na hora da hospedagem falou que havia esses itens no quarto

Os funcionários da noite atendiam de qualquer jeito, e pedimos para levar as toalhas no quarto e eles nao levaram, ainda bem que sempre levo as minhas.
No banheiro nao havia suporte para papel higiênico, o mesmo estava colocado na alavanca da janela do banheiro

Toalhas de banho muito ásperas e fina, barulho de porta batento, luz do corredor acesa a noite, fala de pessoas muito cedo, Chuveiro regulagem ruim e faltou agua uns 2 dias,falta de secador de cabelo e touca.

Não recebe as devidas manutenções.
