все понравилось, но шумоизоляция плохая
Pros:

было комфортно находится в отеле. в комнате имеется телевизор, удобная кровать и невероятно мягкие полотенца

Cons:

было слышно соседей громко и шум с коридора тоже не давал нормально поспать

Relaxing place
Pros:

Excellent facilities, very clean in a quiet area of the city. The city centre is reachable by taxis (300 to 400 drams or $1 US). It is also possible to walk to the city centre via small streets or another shortcut is the stares leading to the centre.
A lovely staff ready to help with any requests.
Highly recommended for a stay in Vanadzor.

Good value for the money
Pros:

Great stay, great hotel, the staff was super helpful. It seemed to be renovated recently. The view is great, so is the fresh air on that loaction above city.

Cons:

The road to the hotel is simply terrible. It would be so great if that road was at least average. The breakfast was disappointing too. Most things were either gone and not refilled or they never were there to begin with

Pros:

Ruime kamers met goede bedden. Prachtig uitzicht op de stad, weliswaar niet vanaf onze kamer.

Cons:

De weg naar het hotel is niet zo gemakkelijk te vinden. Van buitenaf gezien zou je zeggen dat het verloederd is, maar binnenin is het wel OK.

Pros:

We liked the room, the mattress was exceptional, the staff was very kind, it was very clean and there was always hot shower. Although we did arrive earlier, the kind staff from reception and bar offered us free coffee till the room was ready . The bathroom offered nice toiletries.

Cons:

The fridge was more of a cooler than a fridge. The balcony was super narrow and there was only one chair per too people. I think it needs to be mentioned that the view of the lakes( which was the initial reason of our booking in that hotel )concerns the more expensive and larger rooms and not the standard rooms, which we learned once we arrived at our booked standard room. Also the was too many restrictions mentioned in the information note delivered to each room.

Overall wonderful experience. Very clean and modern.
Pros:

The luxury room with the room was very spacious, modern and clean . It also had a wonderful view of beautiful Vanadzor.

Cons:

staff can be a bit more accommodating.

Pros:

The price included breakfast

Cons:

No air con, but if you leave the balcony door open, cool breaze comes in. It would be good to have aircon on got days.

Classy, clean, decent food and views
Pros:

Don't be deceived first impressions - it's actually adjacent to the incomplete looking apartment block!
Everything was very clean, new and fresh as if recently renovated. Rooms were pleasant and well equipped.
Great restaurant for both breakfast and dinner. Nice sunset views over the city from the hilltop. Professional staff.

Cons:

No a/c - can get hot at night. Opened the windows for fresh air but neighbour dogs were barking throughout the night. Real coffee (instead of instant coffee) for breakfast would have been good.
