Pros:

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt und können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Die Zimmer waren sauber, gepflegt und komfortabel eingerichtet. Das Personal war äußerst freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit bemüht, den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten.
Die Lage ist sehr gut und bietet einen idealen Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen in der Umgebung. Auch das Frühstück und der Service haben unsere Erwartungen voll erfüllt.
Vielen Dank für die herzliche Gastfreundschaft – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Gute Kommunikation im Vorfeld, Schlüssel zur Abholung bereit.
Apartment ordentlich ausgestattet. Küche usw haben wir nicht benutzt, kann ich nichts zu sagen. War ordentlich sauber.

Cons:

Die Extrakosten für zb Parken (10€) oder Klimaanlage (20€ pro Tag).
Lage direkt an der Bahnlinie.
Wofür die Gastgeber nichts können: durch eine Straßensperrung umständlich zu erreichen.

Heel schoon, ruim, met 6 slaapplekken (appartement Wendelingen heeft 1 2 persoonsbed en 4 eenpersoonsbedden). Er stond zelfs afwasmiddel, douchegel en shampoo klaar evenals alle benodigde handdoeken en thee- en vaatdoeken.
Goed contact met de eigenaresse via WhatsApp.
Keukentje was goed uitgerust, alleen wat lastig afwassen als je wat langer bent, onder het schuine dak.
Heerlijke douche en parkeren bij het gebouw was mogelijk, maar kon ook aan de straat.
Toen wij er waren wegwerkzaamheden wat het de 1e keer wat lastig maakte om het te vinden.

Einfache Wohnung aber sauber und ruhig
Pros:

Dank dem Video vom Besitzer war es sehr einfach die Parkplätze und Schlüssel zu finden. Das Apartment war ruhig und sauber, es waren Badetücher vorhanden, alles tip top. Da keine öffentliche Parkplätze mehr frei waren, habe ich noch kurzfristig für einen kostenpflichtigen Parkplatz gefragt, und der Code wurde mir umgehend gesendet. Danke dafür.

Cons:

Ich habe vor den Anreise 2 Nachrichten geschickt, um zu wissen wieviel Zimmer es im Apartment gibt, weil ich es auf die Bilder nicht erkennen konnte. Meine Nachricht wurde weder auf Booking noch per E-Mail beantwortet. Am Schluss waren es nur 2 Zimmer (5 Bett), was nicht so angenehm war, da ich mit 2 Arbeitskollegen unterwegs war. Zum Glück hat es uns nicht gestört im selben Zimmer zu schlafen.
