The hotel is beautiful but the rooms need to be upgraded and cleaned

The only thing I didn’t like unfortunately happened the last few minutes before our check out! I had a plat from breakfast and as I was in rush to leave I put the plate on one of the tables. The resataurant was already close and there was a lady cleaning. She called me loudly in very rude way yelling ( ey ey ey ! No take this out of there 🤔☹️). I didn’t say anything back to her I just asked my daughter to remove the plate and take it somewhere else! What bothered me not the fact of asking me to do not put this plate there. By the way and the tone she used to ask very loud and rude like I’m little kids being in trouble. I hope she can find different way to deal with situations with visitors that all. Thank you

Pros:

Location was great. Hotel lobby very nice in appearance and cleanliness

Cons:

Need to have hand sanitizer in food areas.
Elevators need sanitizing more frequently.
Rooms sink and tub have drainage issues.
All hotels need to upgrade and remove carpet everywhere

Pros:

The breakfast is always enjoyable. I especially like the make to order breakfast/omelets. The selection beyond the omelet station is good.

Cons:

My only problem with my room was the tub drained extremely slow while taking a shower. I shared that information with the staff upon checkout.

When I say Darius knows how to greet the customers I MEAN JUST THAT. His vibrant spirit and witty personality is exceptional. Even in the mist of handling two different tasks he didnt get overwhelmed, but maintained handle my check in and the situation simultaneously in a positive manner....OAN...yall must have known those complementary drinks were much needed. I got my drinks by your wonderful bartenders followed by the that bomb ass salsa...then to relax in that well maintained suite. I will be returning and tell Darius to keep smiling because he's won more guests to come.

Worst place in my life so far
Cons:

The staffs are horrible. They are very rude, unprofessional and unhelpful. The manager of the hotel actually cancelled our room and didn’t notice us in advance. Never gonna go back there and wouldn’t recommend anyone to book with them. They need a lot of improvement in terms of customer service.
