Comfortable bed
Long wait at breakfast and shortage of food..very messy breakfast area shortage staffed no waffle iron out
Location, food, and staff.
The hot water had to get fixed at 1 time, didnt have an iron board in the room, bathrooms in the lobby weren't great.
breakfast was excellent. Theo on the omelet station had the best attitude and kept serving omelets until 1030 after everyone in line was fed. Highly recommend

I love that it was close to restaurants and stores and that inside the hotel it has a bar and free breakfast and the indoor pool and I love that u get 2 free alcohol beverages for adults daily and free snacks awesome stay
Nothing wrong everything was great
staff ( including front desk, breakfast wait staff and cooking staff) were wonderful, very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent, a wide variety of options including an omelet station. I would highly recommend this hotel

The location and the complementaries they offer. The staff depending on who’s working are friendly. Most staff were.
The bathroom on certain room styles are small. After ordering a King Balcony room, we found out none of the ‘main building’ balcony rooms have a tub. The bathroom was extremely small. I almost hit my head on the door every time I used it. Only had walk in shower. The glass door didn’t overlap enough and ALOT of water came out onto the floor. The view was truly the selling point of this hotel style room.

The staff was very nice, polite and helpful.
The tile floors in our room were sticky. We were on the side this time that had car traffic which was noisy while trying to sleep.
The breakfast and happy hour
I know this hotel is very old but the renovations that was done was poor. the air vents was loaded with dust and my allergies went through the roof. the bathroom smelled a little moldy I guess because they just covered over the old to make it look new. We had to keep the air going continuously so the gnats a would not keep flying around us. The towels was extremely hard on the skin. also dust was on top of the headboard. I think they should just tear the whole building down and start over fresh. I travel a lot and always stay at the Embassy Suites, but this one was the worst by far.
I love the kitchen staff the food was good, the guys making the omelettes were super nice and energetic, bartender was nice, front desk was helpful, rooms were clean, overall enjoyed the experience. Shout out to Mathew who always makes sure that our stay is exceptional!!
We always stay at the Embassy whenever we are in town and first impressions are everything. I didnt like the fact that the front desk associate was helping guest while being barefoot. Maybe she had a good explanation for it ,but for me it was very unprofessional. Overall really enjoyed my stay!!
