Pros:

It was a suite.. Location.

Cons:

The extra bed was lumpy and uncomfortable. It was semi clean. The hot tub was broken and they didn't comp/refund us like they said they would. They said it was up to Booking.

Desk Staff was pathetic! First room they sent us was occupied already. Second room had stains on the sheets and hair all over pillows and sheets. The third room was fine.

Pros:

The size of the room was quite nice. And I liked how the staff checked in quite often to make sure we needed anything. I did like where the property was. Lots of place to go to eat out at or just explore. A lot of little plazas.

Cons:

There were stains on the beds and on the chair. And the carpet was wet. I think the AC unit was leaking.

We enjoyed our stay the staff is friendly, and the breakfast was perfect
Pros:

It was clean, comfortable and close to the expressway

Cons:

This properties a bit older it could possibly use some updates our bathroom faucet leaked as well as the bathtub head leaks from the faucet

Aside from the hotel overbooking our first night, once we actually got to stay it was nice
Pros:

The breakfast was great and the kitchen staff were friendly and accommodating. All of the staff were nice. When checking out Lawrence was amazing. The pool and hot tub were our favorite!

Cons:

The hotel overbooked and I did not have a room for the first night I was supposed to check in and had to stay at a cheap motel nearby and it was horrible. Also the laundry services were not too great I had to try multiple machines before we could actually get the clothes washed.

Cons:

The fact my child's room was broken into because the staff provided another guest with the key to their room. Then her tablet was stolen from the room and broken. After all that the manager failed the rectify the issue.

Great stay, but no working heat in room!
Pros:

The heat never worked, in either room, man came to fix it, worked for a little while. Disrupted my stay, otherwise excellent facility!

Cons:

Room stayed cold, both of them, no workjng heater!

Pros:

Breakfast & the staff was amazing. Especially the omelet bar. And, the rooms were very clean.

Cons:

When checking in, we noticed there was a leak in one of our rooms. We booked a total of 6 - when the staff moved our rooms; the AC was out. We called down to the front lobby & didn't receive any help for a total of 30 mins. I had my children sweating and sitting in the middle of the hall until we were able to get help.
