Pros:

I loved the pillows and beds

Cons:

The breakfast meats were undercooked. The eggs were wet. The pool and Jacuzzi stayed occupied by children all weekend, and adults only got an hour to be without kids in there which is from 10-11. I feel the cut off for children under 21 should be 8pm. Give the adults more time to enjoy

Nice building. Friendly staff

Cons:

Toilet paper was a huge issue. Cleaning women usually didn't have paper. This included the downstairs public restroom. Elevators too slow. No luggage carts available when we arrived

Pros:

I loved the breakfast. The pool and hot tub are a great amenity. Love the fact that they allow for the adults to have a private swim for an hour before the close the pool. That was enjoyable. Wish it was a little longer, but it was great. The breakfast with the omelet bar NEVER disappoints! It is ALWAYS so pleasant. Service around the breakfast floor is amazing too! The room size was great! First time being placed in the "secret" corridor as I called it. Typically put on the levels/rooms with the glass elevators. The room we stayed in was an Executive Suite this time. Definitely happy with the choice! Never knew they had rooms with Balconies either! Will be looking into that as well!

Cons:

A lot of kids after hours around pool area. Parents weren't with them either. Most were teenagers, but they were loud and crowded around the elevators located near pool area. First time experiencing this though was this past weekend. Still will definitely be returning for future trips for sure! The bed was pretty stiff that was in our room this go around as well. Again, this was all a first experience for us. We are always overly excited to stay at this hotel and still are even after this past stay! Always great!

I lobe the bed and pillows.

Cons:

I didn't like that the food was undercooked, breakfast and dinner. I didn't like how the pool and jacuzzi stayed packed with kids all day and most of the night and the 21 and up crowd only gets 1 hour from 10-11. The kids should have cut off time.. Maybe 6am to 7pm. Thank you

Excellent stay with my family, the staff treated us well and would stay here again in the future.

It was a suite.. Location.

Cons:

The extra bed was lumpy and uncomfortable. It was semi clean. The hot tub was broken and they didn't comp/refund us like they said they would. They said it was up to Booking.

Desk Staff was pathetic! First room they sent us was occupied already. Second room had stains on the sheets and hair all over pillows and sheets. The third room was fine.

Pros:

The size of the room was quite nice. And I liked how the staff checked in quite often to make sure we needed anything. I did like where the property was. Lots of place to go to eat out at or just explore. A lot of little plazas.

Cons:

There were stains on the beds and on the chair. And the carpet was wet. I think the AC unit was leaking.
