They ripped people off, watch out
Pros:

They wouldn’t take my booking.com reservation that I already paid for so they made me pay again to get into the room. So it cost me over $1200 for 3 nights and the hotel nor booking will refund my money they double charged me. I’ve been fighting for months to get my money back.

If you want 5 star suits come to embassy suits all smiles

It was my daughter birthday so she like the pool it was really fun for her because it was kids her age at the pool very friendly. Also the breakfast was so delicious

I would not stay at this location ever again! The pictures did not match the rooms at all.

The hotel cleanliness was so horrible , that I did not take advantage of the breakfast nor the voucher that was given to me.

Cons:

The cleanliness of this hotel was absolutely unacceptable and far below what I expected from a Hilton property. From dead roaches to leftover food in the refrigerator, the room was dirty, dusty, and overall disgusting. We ended up spending our first day switching rooms, which took away valuable time from my child’s short spring break.

While the staff was accommodating and Mark was pleasant to deal with, the repeated issues and constant room changes left me extremely frustrated and disappointed.
