Almost everything about the stay was exceptional. The service was warm and professional, the setting was serene, and the overall ambiance was luxurious yet relaxed. It’s the kind of place you remember long after you leave.

That said, a few details could be refined to match the rest of the hotel’s standard. While the rooms are charming, some of the interiors do feel a little dated a gentle refresh or modern touch could elevate them even further. Additionally, the spa facilities are beautiful but on the expensive side, which may not suit every traveler’s budget.

Nonetheless, the experience was nothing short of incredible. If you’re looking to feel like a princess (or prince!) in an idyllic lakeside escape, Park Hotel Vitznau delivers in every way.

Clairement l'emplacement de rêve, la tranquillité, le personnel au petits soins, aimable, souriant, les équipements, la piscine, l'espace sauna/hammam, la chambre (suite junior), sa disposition et son confort.

Cons:

Le petit-déjeuner est bon mais n'est pas au niveau de l hôtel.
Il y avait quelques équipements de la chambre qui ne fonctionnaient pas.
Les placards style Ikea qui détonnent par rapport aux portes en verre sérigraphie et au reste de la décoration.

The hotel itself is beautiful and atmospheric — the location is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views and perfect cleanliness everywhere. The rooms are luxurious, spacious, and very well designed. I especially liked the adjustable bed — such an interesting and comfortable detail.

The spa area is truly wonderful: different types of saunas, relaxing atmosphere, beautiful design, and even a lovely aquarium — everything looks amazing. I really enjoyed the spa overall, no complaints there.

Cons:

However, there are a few things that could be improved. The outdoor pool water is rather cool, it would be much better if it was warmer. Also, it’s not very convenient that you have to go outside to reach the pool — especially when it’s chilly. At Villa Honegg, for example, you can enter the pool directly from indoors, which is much more comfortable.

Service could also be better — I felt a lack of friendliness and professionalism for a hotel of this level. The food in the main restaurant was quite limited, and the breakfast was honestly average — sometimes even the bread wasn’t fresh, as if from the previous day.
