The hotel is absolutely beautiful from the outside — the palace itself and the surrounding grounds are stunning. The spa is a definite 10/10, with one of the most incredible views I’ve ever seen. The staff were also extremely friendly and welcoming.

The restaurant is not particularly fancy, but the beautiful lake view more than makes up for it, and we genuinely enjoyed the food.

Cons:

What disappointed us was the interior of the hotel. For a property charging around €2,000 per night, I expected something truly exceptional, but the rooms and corridors simply don’t feel luxurious enough. Some areas almost have a hospital-like atmosphere, and the renovation feels both dated and rather lacking in taste — strange floor tiles, awkward curtains, and generally uninspiring interiors.

Sehr freundliches kompetentes Personal. Alles extrem sauber - indoor wie outdoor. Wir haben es sehr geschätzt, dass der fantastische Pool-/ Spabereich nur für Hotelgäste zugänglich ist. Die Suite war ein Traum mit riesiger Terrasse. Mini Bar inklusive . Roomservice wie die ganze Anlage Top.

Fantastisches Hotel, das Zimmer (Residence Lake view) ist überragend, sehr guter Service und schöner outdoor bereich am see mit gratis sup/pedalos
Restaurant am See war auch sehr gut. ideal für eine romantisches Wocheende

Výnimočný hotel s prvotriednymi službami, skvelým personálom a fantastickou ponukou svetových vín. Určite sa radi vrátim
Pros:

Náš pobyt bol výnimočný. Hotel ponúka nádhernú polohu pri jazere, krásne izby, špičkové wellness a služby na najvyššej úrovni.

Personál bol počas celého pobytu profesionálny, milý a veľmi ochotný. Osobitne by sme chceli pochváliť čašníka Martina, ktorý sa o nás staral pri bazéne. Jeho prístup, ochota a profesionalita boli príkladné.

Veľkým zážitkom bol aj výber svetových vín. Hotel ponúka ikonické vína za ceny veľmi blízke bežným e-shopovým cenám, bez neprimeraných reštauračných prirážok. Pre milovníkov vína je to jedinečný zážitok.

Cons:

Nemáme žiadne pripomienky. Všetko bolo na výbornej úrovni.
