zentrale Lage, Sauberkeit, hilfreiches Personal

Abzockerei beim Frühstück, 51.— pro Person, es wurde ohne zu informieren eine Rechnung vorgelegt, ohne etwas zu sagen. Wir sind keine grossen Esser, wollten nur Cafe und 1 Croissant , wurde nur gesagt dies sei nicht möglich, da ein riesen Angebot von Champagnerbüber Kaviar usw. , wir brauchen dies nicht, der Portier hat uns keine Alternative angeboten, so bezahlten wir 102 Euro für Cafe und Croissant, unglaublich ( solvhe Preise habe ich noch nie erlebt für Frühstück, schade wenn man so abgezockt wird

Wir kommen gerne wieder!
Pros:

Das Zimmer war geräumig und gemütlich eingerichtet. Vom Hotel aus war man schnell an verschiedenen interessanten Orten, wie z.B. dem Tiergarten (sehr gut, wenn man so wie wir einen Hund dabei hatte), am Brandenburger Tor (bei Nacht sehr schön anzusehen, wenn es beleuchtet war), an der Staatsoper, am Berliner Dom, am Bundestag u.v.m.
Das Frühstück war überragend! Es war alles da, was das Herz begehrt. Das Personal war super freundlich und hat einem jeden Wunsch erfüllt.

Ein immer wieder lohnenswerter Aufenthalt im Luxushotel
Pros:

Wir kennen das Hotel seit vielen Jahren und haben auch diesmal wieder die luxuriöse Atmosphäre, die hervorragende Lage am Brandenburger Tor und den Service der Mitarbeiter genossen.

Cons:

Es zwei kleinere Anlässe zur Beschwerde, die aber sofort und elegant von einer Lady in Red gelöst wurden.

Alles ausgezeichnet - wir kommen wieder !
Pros:

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt im "Adlon". Bei Ankunft wurden wir mit einem kostenlosen Zimmer-Upgrade sehr positiv überrascht und haben uns sehr gefreut. Alle Mitarbeiter mit denen wir zu tun hatten waren sehr freundlich. Die Qualität des Frühstücks war mehr als sehr gut und den Preis wert. Der Blick auf das Brandenburger Tor macht darüberhinaus das Besondere aus. Abends haben wir in der Brasserie Quarré gegessen, auch hier sehr gute Qualität und Service.

Tolle Lage aber nicht herausragend

Die Lage ist unschlagbar gut

Cons:

Das Bad war in keinem guten Zustand die Dusche war unmodern und nicht wirklich funktionsfähig und der Service beim Frühstück war sehr schlecht man musste mehrmals bitten um etwas wie zum Beispiel Kaffee und dann kam er ohne Milch. In einem Haus dieser Liga mit solchen Preisen darf man schon mehr erwarten. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück war gut aber nicht hervorragend, da hat man in einfacheren Hotels schon besseres bekommen und für weniger als 61€ pro Person!

Übernachtung in einem Haus mit Geschichte
Pros:

Das Personal war einsame Spitze. Vor allem die Kellner des Restaurants, sehr aufmerksam, freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Der Pool war wunderbar.
Auto konnte im hauseigenen Parkhaus untergebracht werden.

This hotel shouldn’t cost 500£ per night. It’s not worth it.
Pros:

The staff was friendly.

Cons:

When we arrived it was very difficult to understand how to get to our floor. As we needed to cross the ‘bridge’. Our key wouldn’t work so we had to go in circles like 3 times before we got to the room.

The room itself was directly facing a building next to the hotel (2 meters max) so obviously no view whatsoever. The street was very busy and loud even after 1am.

In the room the bed was very solid and rough. In the fridge we had half eaten chocolate which wasn’t disposed of before we moved in. Also, there was no down service.
