Ich habe mich rundherum sehr wohl gefühlt.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr gut, der Service hat mir insgesamt sehr gut gefallen. Besonders herausragend war, dass ich noch zwei Tage nach meinem Geburtstag, ein Törtchen mit Glückwünschen auf dem Zimmer vorfand.

Außergewöhnliches Hotel, Traumhafte Blumenbouquet in der Lobby und tolles Flair, überaus sympathisches Personal insbesondere beim Frühstück. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Cons:

Aufmerksamkeiten bei der Buchung der Suite waren leider etwas wenig, da der Preis hierfür sehr hoch ist.

Sicuramente Hotel bellissimo e posizione perfetta

Cons:

Abbiamo avuto problema con il riscaldamento rotto il primo giorno. Avvisato il personale la mattina appena svegli, hanno detto che avrebbero risolto. Tornati nel tardo pomeriggio, la stanza era ghiacciata. Chiamata la reception rispondono che avrebbero immediatamente risolto. Ho dovuto chiamare 3 volte prima che qualcuno venisse in camera a vedere e per assurdo ha portato una stufa. ( Hotel 5 stelle superior con una stufa, non si può risolvere così un problema). Lamentato nuovamente il problema, ci chiedono se vogliamo cambiare stanza. Ovviamente accettiamo e per riconoscenza ci offrono una junior suite. Trasferiti nella stanza, la stessa è di dimensioni e qualità inferiore. Tralasciando questo particolare, ci sistemiamo nuovamente e constatato che nuovamente il riscaldamento non funziona (esce aria fredda dalle bocchette) , ad eccezione questa volta, per fortuna del bagno, ed inoltre neanche la tv funziona.
Lamentato nuovamente il problema alcun rimedio viene trovato ad eccezione nuovamente della stufetta che ci viene riportata on questa stanza. Il giorno dopo chiedo di parlare con il direttore. Parlo con una manager, devo dire preparata e garbata, la quale ci offre di cambiare nuovamente stanza. Ovviamente rifiuto visto ormai che dovevo trascorrere ultima notte. La sera al rientro trovo una bottiglia di vino rosso, di bassa qualità e un bigliettino di scuse.
Al check out ho ricevuto uno sconto. Praticamente ho pagato una notte in meno 🤣🤣 per aver dormito per altro 2 notti pure in una stanza che non avevo scelto oltre al disagio e al freddo. Berlino non è certamente calda. Mai più ADLON
