Le cadre luxueux de l'hôtel. La disponibilité et la gentillesse du personnel. Sa situation à la Porte de Brandebourg. Le grand SPA et la belle piscine.

Cons:

J'avais demandé un lit double et n'ai eu droit qu'à deux lits côte à côte. En outre notre chambre se trouvait à une éternité de la piscine et du SPA. C'était si compliqué que pour les trouver, il fallait presque le concours de Google Maps. J'exagère à peine...

Es war der schönste Aufenthalt den wir in einem Hotel bisher hatten. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Unsere Erwartungen wurden mehr als Übertroffen. wir hatten ein wunderschönes Upgrad mit Blick auf das Brandenburger Tor. Der Service war sehr gut. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team.

Der var ikke varmt vand på det første værelse, men vi blev tilbudt et andet, lidt dårlig kommunikation, men det undskyldte de for, så alt godt efterfølgende
