Pros:

Perfect to start our trip down the Skyline drive. This hotel had a lovely feel, the staff so friendly and helpful. The location near the shops was great for topping up on supplies & a great Mexican restaurant Los Potrillos. We did our own laundry at the hotel which was great.

Cons:

Nothing. Great place.

Large suite and exceptional value for money.
Pros:

Great location and food options nearby. Close to national parks. Loved the hotel; great value for money. Kids loved the pool and the size of the room.

Good location and easy to find the food nearby, but the hotel did not clean up the room.
Pros:

The location is great and convenient. Easy to find food nearby. Breakfast was good, not the best.

Cons:

Housekeeping did not clean up the room. I stayed for 4 days and did not see. That had made us upset when we came back for hiking. The water is too slow when showering.

Great stay!
Pros:

Jennifer Straub was THE BEST!!! She deserves a raise! She was so welcoming at the front desk when we checked in. Came out to light the firepit for us when we were sitting outside. Just so friendly!
