Disappointing- not comparable to any other mandarin oriental
Pros:

Nothing - this is not a mandarin oriental. It’s just another hotel. Most hotels in KL in that location are better (with lots of experience). Gym well equipped but pool not what is promised.

Cons:

GYM not directly accessible first night (after an “incident”). Staff was just “normal”.

Un muy buen hotel con una zona de piscina y zona húmeda fabulosas. Desayuno muy completo.
Pros:

La zona de piscina es extraordinaria. Para aprovecharla. Una vista insuperable. La vista de la habitación fue fenomenal: de frente tienes la torres Petronas. Desayuno fenomenal.

Twin Tower views
Pros:

Lovely room, attentive staff, always kept our coffee machine topped up. Clear views of towers.

Cons:

Lifts in lobby were not signed, so the arrival was tricky getting to our room. Not really an issue, but something to be aware of, that a sign to lifts would help foreign tourists!
