Situation de l'hotel exceptionnelle dans le parc KLCC à deux minutes du mall KLCC et des tours Petronas, personnel très compétent et véritable service 5 étoiles. Piscine et salle de sport au top. Petit déjeuner agréable avec une bonne qualité mais cependant très bondé.

The staff were outstanding. The facilities were amazing.
During my stay at Mandarin Oriental Kuala Lumpur, the overall facilities and general services of the hotel are acceptable. However, I am greatly disappointed with the front desk service. As a dedicated collector of Mandarin Oriental signature fans, I enquired about the hotel’s fan souvenir at the front desk, yet the staff had no knowledge of this signature item at all.
Mandarin Oriental branded fans are a classic hallmark amenity of the brand, which are generally provided complimentary at most properties. Even if sold separately at this hotel, the front desk team should be fully familiar with brand-exclusive items and related information. The obvious lack of professional training and poor product knowledge of the front desk staff has negatively impacted my stay experience.
As a long-time fan collector who chose this hotel specifically for the signature fan, I felt truly let down. I hope the hotel will conduct targeted training for front desk employees to ensure they understand the brand’s iconic amenities, so as to uphold the service standard of Mandarin Oriental and prevent similar issues in the future.
I am a frequent traveler and a gold member in Hilton and a Mariot Bonvoy Gold member, but honestly I am making this statement that this is one of the best hotel I’ve stayed . We were given free late check out till 6 PM .

The location was particularly selected because of some errands during my stay.
Breakfast was widespread, lots of choices-local and international. Staff at breakfast were friendly, efficient and welcoming.
600 ringgit deposit. Guests should be given one option as deposit and i. e. Credit and not cash.
