Perfect hotel for a visit to KL
Pros:

We loved this place. Centrally located, fantastic staff, a decent pool to relax around, good food and reasonable prices. We will be back.

大変満足できるホテルライフでした！
Pros:

エントランスは重厚感があり、老舗感があった。また、スタッフの対応もとで良かった。朝食は種類が多く、ナシレマのチキンカレー、パン系などまでとっても美味しかった。部屋からはペトロナスツインタワーが楽しめたし、隣のKLCCに隣接していて便利で良かった。

Cons:

ジャグジー、サウナが使えたのはすごく良かったが、ジャグジーが時間内でも使えない時が度々あり、残念だった。

Not a Mandarin standard
Pros:

This hotel falls far short of what we expected, especially given its reputation. Unfortunately, there are simply too many issues to overlook, and we won’t be returning.
1. The rooms feel very old and outdated, lacking the standard of comfort you’d expect.
2. The central air conditioning is frustrating!! it constantly switches on and off every few minutes, which was disruptive throughout our stay and our sleep at night
3. Soundproofing is extremely poor. We could clearly hear our neighbors showering at 2am and even the sound of taps being turned on.
4. During the day, even on a weekend, there was loud banging and drilling from above.
5. On our final night, close to midnight, we were disturbed by heavy banging and thudding noises (likely from nearby rooms), making it impossible to sleep.
6. The MO bar was also disappointing. While the space itself is cozy, it lacks atmosphere where there are no views, no entertainment, and nothing particularly memorable. It’s easy to see why it isn’t as popular as other spots in the city.
While the location is excellent, the overall experience was let down by too many factors. Sadly, we won’t be returning.

Beautiful hotel in KLCC
Pros:

The MO is in a great setting in KLCC with a metro station just about 5 minutes from hotel.
It over looks KLCC park with it's evening fountain show and also by the Petronas towers. There are two shopping malls (Suria is full of designer shops) with food options. If you like shopping it's a great spot to stay.
We had a large room overlooking the park and swimming pool. Sadly we didn't spend much time at the hotel as we had some busy days but appreciated a dip in the pool after a hot morning of sight seeing.
The hotel is very opulent in style, exceptionally clean and with helpful staff. This was one of the best hotels we have stayed in. It was pretty easy to get to Petaling Street and Central market via the metro and we did go up to Batu Caves (check the train times).
If we return to KL we hope to return to MO.
