Highly recommend this hotel for service, location and facilities.
Pros:

Great facilities in a fantastic location. Staff were helpful and polite. We had a two bedroom room and it was ideal for our family with lots of space and a full size fridge. The rooftop pool and bar was great with amazing views.

Pros:

This hotel has a GREAT location; it is minutes away from both Karon Beach and Kata Beach (I only went to Karon Beach since most of Kata Beach is taken up by the Club Med). The breakfast was very enjoyable and the staff were helpful.

Convenient stay.
Pros:

I have only spent one night there because I had to book an one extra night after having to take a flight earlier for an already planned trip. The staff is really kind. The room was comfortable enough, and it is well located in the busy downtown.

Posizione ottima, a metà tra Karon Beach e Kata Beach, perfetta sia per le spiagge che per la vita notturna.
Struttura accogliente, camere spaziose, buona colazione a buffet, personale gentile e disponibile.
Plus: piscina e bar sul rooftop, piacevolissimi alla fine della giornata!

Great Location, lovely stay
Pros:

Location was good, walking distance to Kata beach and Karon beach. Staff were friendly amd helpful. We had a good stay.

Cons:

Would recommend a microwave. Everything else was good thank you.

Pros:

Proximité de la plage de karon et kata ainsi que de plusieurs commerces et restaurants sympa.

Cons:

Joints de la douche sale, fenêtre qui ne ferme pas (le personnel n’est jamais passé comme ils avaient indiqué), wc pas très propres, travaux donc beaucoup de bruits, petit déjeuner vraiment mauvais.

Very awesome
Pros:

The pool is amazing and the view is so nice at night also everything was so good and clean the room also perfect the bads are comfortable and sheets are clean and new conditioner AC is working good and the personal is very kind and helpful the reseption girl I dont remember her name she was pregnant she was a nice and very kind .Breakfast was good also we are very happy and recomending this hotel 100%
