Hôtel pratique et proche de l’aéroport mais à part cela je n’y retournerai pas

L’accueil à la réception

Cons:

Chambre très sommaire, salle de bain très petite et un rouleau de papier toilette…
On nous a donné deux serviettes de toilettes à la réception en arrivant…!!!!

The property has all the potential and infrastructure to be a welcoming spot, but the staff does not makevthe adequate efforts for good quality.

Cons:

I had a late night arrival and was shown into a first room whose bedsheets had clearly not been changed, there were male hair visibly on multiple places over the sheet and pillow. I asked for another room, with clean sheets of course, and again the sheet had visibly not been changed, even the staff member saw the stains on the sheet. Nevertheless because of the late hour he did not change them. I asked both the cleaning staff and receptionist on the following morning, still no change till the afternoon. Eventually I went a third time to reception and requested to be given a sheet that I would change myself. Eventually the kind lady accompanied me to the staff room and gave me one...
At the price and location of this accommodation, it is very disappointing that a clean bedsheet should be such a rarity!

Pros:

Personnels très gentils et disponibles. 😊
Un très bon petit déjeuner !

Cons:

Literie trop dure à mon goût. Et un peu trop bruyant côté gare des taxis et des bus. ( Mais c'est parce que j'habite en campagne 😅)

Gem in the suburb
Pros:

It is a really decent, very comfortable hotel. Rooms have good quality bathrooms, reception staff very helpful, kind and speaking very good English. I liked the location in a satelite suburb of Agadir with a mosque on one side and a long distance bus station across the road. Not a tourist destination per se but for my needs superb.loved the aircon!

Cons:

Generally clean , but the bedside carpet in my room wasn't and there were overlooked hair in the shower
