Pros:

The staff was very pleasant and check in was super easy.

Cons:

The room was damp when we got in. The floor, bed, and our bags after being in there all night was damp and the whole room smelled like mildew. Also the breakfast was not very good either.

Disappointed!
Cons:

Smoky, musty smell. Towels for 2 instead of 3 and when we asked for more, they were out of towels. They gave us a holey hand towel to use as a wash cloth and nothing else. The breakfast was depleted with no one checking and refilling. We had to find someone and ask them to refill. They were in the room behind the front desk visiting. It would have been nice to be able to split the bill 3 ways as that was how the 5 of us were travelling.

Was a perfect stay after a long drive . We would stay again .

No linens ,had to ask . I was glad I asked in the evening, because the clerk said if I had came in the AM they would not have any .

Staff had no communication between them about maintenance issue, I’m not sure how you run out of every single clean towe

Toilet seat had urine on it at check in, bathroom was filthy, shower drain clogged and maintenance never came to address it, shower head was broke so you couldn’t raise it at all, we had three towels for our entire stay even after asking for more, key card quit working, tv remote only turned tv on and adjusted volume but couldn’t change the channel

Clean, Quiet, and Convenient
Pros:

It was budget friendly, quiet, clean, and convenient. And the staff was polite, apologetic for the issues, and very helpful.

Cons:

It took a looong time to get a second key card to the room. The desk person said they've had trouble with their key making machine for some time.
Also, the toilet flushed bet yslowly , and had to be flushed multiple times to be cleared.l
