Gemütliches Berghotel in guter Lage zum Zoncolan
Pros:

Das Hotel La Perla liegt ideal am Fuße des Monte Zoncolans. Die Zimmer sind teils renoviert, und sind sehr ruhig. Das Essen ist durchweg gut-sehr gut. Der Service ist ebenfalls sehr nett und aufmerksam (auch wenn man deutlich merkt das deutsche Gäste nicht den größten Anteil ausmachen). Der SPA Bereich glänzt insbesondere durch einen Whirlpool und 2 Saunen. Insgesamt wirklich zu empfehlen.

Cons:

Nervige Badekappenpflicht, und Miet-Bademantel nur gegen 6€ Bezahlung - allerdings werden kostenlose (Kappen) bereitgestellt.

Schöne Lage
Pros:

Schön ausgestattetes Hotel mit kleinem Wellnessbereich und Liegewiese. Sehr angenehm, und erholsam nach der Wanderung. Ein Hotel zum Wohlfühlen.
Das zweite Zimmer, das wir bekamen, war sehr schön und geräumig.

Cons:

Das Zimmer (ein Superiorzimmer), das uns zugeteilt wurde, war direkt über der Küche, sodass wir bis ca 22 Uhr 30 vom Geräusch der Lüftung belästigt wurden. Am nächsten Tag konnten wir wechseln.

Pros:

Frühstück war sehr gut und reichhaltig. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und Aufmerksam.

Cons:

Mit dem Haustier ist leider nicht alles erlaubt, vielleicht ist die Gemeinde nicht so Pet freundlich 😜

Very pleasant hotel!
Pros:

Everything except for the wifi signal. The staff strive to deliver professional and helpful service.

Cons:

I didn’t have cell service and relying most of the time on free wifi. Hopefully in the future they would provide something better.

Un hotel curato in tutti i dettagli
Pros:

È situato in un posto ottimo, attaccato alla funivia. La piscina è perfetta, c’erano a disposizione anche delle saune e una vasca idromassaggio. Cena e colazione ottimi, il buffet della colazione molto abbondante e buono. La camera molto spaziosa con balcone è stata molto apprezzata. Ci ritornerò presto

Wir waren vom 18.08-19.08 in diesem Hotel und unsere Erfahrungen waren leider alles andere als gut. Wir hatten das Superior Zimmer. Die Fugen im Bad waren verschimmelt, das Dachfenster im Bad war ebenfalls massivst von Schwarzen Schimmel befallen. Die Bilder auf der Website mögen zwar sehr schöne und moderne Zimmer versprechen, die Realität sah jedoch anders aus. Das Zimmer war abgelebt, das Bad war nur mittelmäßig sauber. Dieses Zimmer mag villeicht mal modern gewesen sein, aber dies ist gewiss schon 30-40 Jahre her. Der Balkon ist ein kleiner Balkon (siehe Bilder). Das Wasser im Poolbereich sah auch schon etwas älter aus. Das Wasser im großen Becken war leicht trüb und im kleinen Becken war ein leichter Öl/schmieriger Film drauf, desweiteren ist irgendetwas darin rumgetrieben. Das Frühstück ist ein klassisches Italienisches Frühstück mit Waren aus dem niedrigeren Preissortiment, dies schmeckt man vorallem bei den Croissants heraus. Die Brötchen waren sehr trocken, ob diese Tagesaktuell waren ist fraglich. Auf die Ansprache der Probleme des doch eher ausgeprägten Schwarzen Schimmel Befalls im Bad und der mittelmäßigen Reinigung und der undichten Duschkabine wurde von seitens des Hotels sehr abweisend reagiert. Das einzigste Lob muss ich für die Dame abends am Empfang aussprechen, welche die Infos an ihren Supervisor weiter gegeben hat und um eine Lösung bemüht war. Dafür dann auch noch 109,50€ pro Person (in Summe 219€) für das Zimmer zu verlangen ist Wucher. Im näheren Umfeld gibt es weitaus bessere Hotels als das Hotel La Perla schon für weitaus weniger Geld zu haben. Wir waren das erste und das letzte Mal da ! Haben uns mit dem Fall an Booking.com gewandt, Booking.com konnte leider keine Einigung mit dem Hotel erzielen.
