The location is excellent. Close to A2 and A7. In the surrounding area you'll find plenty of restaurants within 10 mins drive.

Cons:

The pillow was bad. I had neck pain after 2 nights. We arrived late in the evening and the toilet smelled unpleasantly. We asked for housekeeping early in the morning using their QR-Code in the room and then went out. Until we get back later evening on the same day the room and toilet was not cleaned. They approved the request after we checked out! Very unprofessional for a 4-star-hotel.

Massiver Lärm und nicht eingehaltene Erstattungszusagen
Cons:

Wer nachts schlafen möchte, sollte diese Unterkunft meiden. Gegen 1:00 Uhr nachts wurden wir durch betrunkene Hotelgäste geweckt, die laut schreiend und trampelnd durch die Flure zogen. Trotz sofortiger Beschwerde bei der Rezeption erfolgte keinerlei Reaktion oder Abhilfe vor Ort.

​Der anschließende Kundenservice war eine reine Hinhaltetaktik. Man bot mir zwar eine Teilerstattung an, vertröstete mich dann aber über Wochen mit Ausflüchten wie: „Ich habe in der Buchhaltung nachgefragt und warte auf Rückmeldung“ oder „Ich kann mir nicht erklären, warum es so lange dauert“.

​Bis heute wurde kein Cent erstattet. Da hier ganz offensichtlich auf Zeit gespielt und der Gast nicht ernst genommen wird, habe ich die Angelegenheit nun einem Rechtsanwalt übergeben.

Overall good experience to stay with Family but doesn't feel good to pay extra for car park.
Pros:

The room and cleanliness. The Hotel is good and comfy.

Cons:

The Parking is paid and not in the Tarrif. 16€ for a day parking is way too much.

And they do not mention in the booking page also.
