Poor
Pros:

The breakfast waitress was brilliant. The breakfast was good. Comfy beds and pillows.

Cons:

The rooms were freezing. The temperature control for the air con did nothing. The option was ac on or off. There was a lot of noise with shifting furniture. Both these issues were reported to the front desk but staff couldn't care less and stated that no one was moving furniture and there was no issue with the air con. The attitude of the woman at the front desk was awful.
The location is not good and there is construction going on meaning long delays.
This is definitely not a 4 star hotel.

Wonderful, outstanding service
Pros:

We stayed here for 1 night but we could’ve stayed for longer. The beds were super comfortable, the food at the restaurant outstanding, especially the hot and sour soup, and the staff so warm and hospitable. It was close enough to the Brahmaputra river where we did our cruise.

Pros:

The room was comfortable. But, the sliding doors to the bathroom could use some work. Staff were very friendly and polite.

Cons:

The breakfast became a bit monotonous. A few changes in the buffet every 3-4 days would have been good.

sophisticated comfortable stay but unhappy tastebuds
Pros:

I love the asthetics and the sophistication the property holds,lots of wood ,greens and earthy tones. The staff is really prompt and deliver convenience and comfort.

Cons:

The wooden flooring makes a lot of noise while walking,rooms were not sound proof and the food quality is not good.

Excellent hotel in Guwahati
Pros:

This is a top hotel in Guwahati. The staff is really helpful and very friendly. Very comfortable bed. Huge rooms. Perfect bathroom, very clean, with add ons. Good breakfast. Nice location. Excellent restaurant. Everything from AC to hot water works perfectly.

Cons:

The room's acoustic is poor. I could hear guests from the upstairs room drag furniture around and slam doors until very late at night. Breakfast could have more eastern options.

Overpriced and Outside Noise
Pros:

Restaurant and Food. Staff were nice.

One of the perfect places to stay inside the city.
Pros:

Location wise- the place was perfect. Not too crowded, accessible from places and on the main road (zoo road).

Inside the room, floor was wooden. Almost all the accessories were of wood and luxurious.

Breakfast was yummy!

Staffs were courteous and very smooth check in, check-out.

Cons:

Nothing.

Will be returning to Guwahati in September and look forward to staying at the Guwahati Address again
Pros:

Very friendly staff that were very helpful with any problems that we had

Cons:

Controls for AC not explained to us on arrival. Did not realise that one had to take the controls off the wall and then point
it a distance from the AC unit to turn off or change the settings
