La camera è spaziosa e ottima colazione con un'ampia scelta. Personale accogliente.

Cons:

Gli ombrelloni in spiaggia non sono top (ultima fila di 3).
La piscina bella, in questo momento in ristrutturazione quindi non accessibile, poteva essere utile saperlo prima.
La doccia/vasca in bagno non ha la giusta inclinazione quindi si allaga tutto.

Cons:

We booked for the pool as advertised on site, however in reality the pool is a building site complete with broken loungers. We ended up leaving after one night and going elsewhere as we felt it was false advertising.

Отель очень грязный, не убирают элементарную грязь, ковры это тихий ужас.

На завтрак отравились с мужем, его просто тошнило, Меня вывернуло, при том, что акклиматизация уже прошла, до этого мы отдыхали в других странах..

На крыше еще не доделан ремонт, мы жили в прошлом году в 3⭐️, но там и то было приличнее.

Частота это конечно проблема многих отелей в Нячанге.

The spacious room

Cons:

Formally express my serious disappointment regarding my recent stay at this hotel. The property prominently displays a large sign at the entrance indicating a “5-star” rating; however, my experience did not reflect the standards generally associated with such a classification.
Upon arrival and while walking through the corridors, I noticed that several walls were peeling and visibly damaged, which immediately created an impression of poor maintenance. Although my room was spacious and comfortable, the bathroom design caused water from the bathtub shower to splash outside and leak onto the floor. When I reported this concern to the reception team, I was informed that it was due to the hotel’s design and that nothing could be done.
More concerning was an incident early one morning when I turned on the faucet to shower and yellow water flowed out. This was extremely unpleasant and raised serious concerns about hygiene and maintenance standards.
As a frequent traveler who stays in nearly 30 hotels per year worldwide, I must say that this experience falls far below what is internationally expected from a 5-star establishment. In my opinion, the current condition of the property does not justify such a rating, and I believe the official classification should be reassessed by the relevant tourism authorities.
That said, I would like to acknowledge the professionalism and kindness of the staff. In particular, Miss Da Thao and Miss Minh Thu at reception were courteous and helpful, and a lady in the restaurant also provided excellent service. Their attitude was commendable and deserves recognition.
I trust that management will take this feedback seriously and conduct a thorough review of the property’s condition and standards. I hope meaningful improvements will be made so that future guests receive an experience consistent with your advertised rating.

При бронировании мы выбирали номер с частичным видом на море и наличием джакузи. При заселении нас «обрадовали» тем, что бесплатно улучшили номер. Мы согласились, но в итоге получили номер без джакузи и с видом на футбольный стадион на 6-м этаже.

Кроме того, часть заявленных удобств отсутствовала: спа-зона закрыта на ремонт, спортзал работает до 19:00, что в целом препятствовало его посещению.

И вишенкой на торте стало то, что мы сдали все свои вещи в прачечную отеля. На следующий день нам принесли их в номер (в наше отсутствие), аккуратно развесив в шкафу. При детальном осмотре обнаружилось, что абсолютно все вещи были в жирных пятнах — такое ощущение, что их бросили на пол в гараже, где меняли моторное масло.

Мы вернули вещи с претензией. Впоследствии их отстирали силами другой химчистки, но, несмотря на это, на некоторых вещах по-прежнему остались грязные пятна, которые ничем не выводятся. 2 дня пришлось ходить в одном и том же. Услугу мы полностью оплатили, однако никакой компенсации отель нам не предоставил.

Pros:

Très propre , personnels à l’écoute , gentils . La navette disponible gratuitement pour se rendre à la plage avec serviettes et transat de 8h à 16h00.

Cons:

Le premier matin être dérangé par la dame de ménage qui veux nettoyer la chambre à 8h30 du matin . Mais nous avons prévenu la réception pour un passage différé car pas de pancarte à mettre sur la porte « ne pas déranger » .

Замечательный отель. Ездили 3 поколения женщин ( бабушка 68 лет, мама 40 лет, дочка 2 года). Для нас это была первая поездка после пандемии давно не были во Вьетнаме. Выбрали данный отель по расположению и цене. Оказался один из лучших для нас. Спасибо менеджеру на рецепшене всегда помогали во всём . Попали в наводнения, обслуживание нас предупредили о возможных проблемах с водоснабжением. Нас сообщили дополнительной питьевой водой. Пережили очень спокойно данное время. Что касаемо шведского стола- нет вечной борьбы ща еду не надо бежать что бы успеть поесть. В данном кафе блюда пополняются по мере того как заканчиваются. Отель однозначно рекомендую как семейный.

Очень хороший отель, новый, не ушатанный. Нам дали номер лучше, чем мы бронировали. Не шумно, удобное расположение, 10 минут до моря пешком. Хорошее постельное бельё, удобная кровать и чистые полотенца. Приветливый персонал в лобби, всегда помогали, говорят на английском нормально))

Cons:

Не работал бассейн :( Нам предложили сходить в соседнее здании бесплатно в бассейн, но там не такой хороший вид. Однако нам улучшили номер бесплатно, поэтому мы не сильно расстроились.

Сейчас 20.01.26 бассейн открыт, но часть крыши закрыта на ремонт, мало лежаков.

Гель для душа и шампунь были с весьма специфическим ароматом (сильно на любителя).
