Great value vs location
Pros:

Compared to the last time we stayed here a year and a half ago we noticed an increase in English fluidity within the clerks. This is appreciated. Beyond that the hotel keeps offering great value vs location on Osaka. Will recommend and definitely will stay here when we come back to Osaka.

Cons:

The pillows could use an improvement as well as providing an additional one per bed as we only were provided 1 for each person.

The only perk is being close to dotonbori.

Cons:

The room wasn’t clean at all . There was dust EVERYWHERE. It was obvious that it hasn’t been well cleaned in a long time. The bedsheet duvet was not closed properly and was yellow.overall not clean enough for the price. Also staff at reception was not accommodating (didn’t let us check in at 2:58 because we had to wait at 3:00; didn’t help with storing our luggages until we insisted a lot; nobody was there when we wanted to check out and it caused us to be late for our train , etc)

La ubicacion del hotel es excelente! Es lo mejor que tiene! El aire acondicionado funcionaba bien y la cama era comoda

La habitacion no estaba limpia como deberia, habia muchisimo polvo en todos los muebles y en el suelo suciedad. No hay smart TV, es un hotel muy antiguo

Todo muy bien, solo que el último día salíamos tarde de la ciudad y nos hicieron favor de guardar el equipaje, solo que ya no nos permitían utilizar los sanitarios del lobby después de la hora de check out. Por todo lo demás, muy bien.
