Pros:

Chutné snídaně, stále se usmívající personál, časté úklidy pokoje. Vše v dosahu hotelu: potraviny, take-away, autobusová zastávka hned naproti hotelu. Klidná dlouhá krásná pláž hned u hotelu, procházky tam jsou nádherné. Lehce se vmísíte do dění místních obyvatel v okolí, všichni jsou přátelští, popovídají si s vámi.
Úžasné místo! Rádi bychom se jednou vrátili. Zatím budeme všem doporučovat!!! Děkujeme!!! :)

Cons:

Quelques fissures dans la salle de bains c’est dommage cela donne une drôle d’impression de manque d’entretien du bâtiment .
Les guirlandes de Noël encore en place alors que nous sommes fin Mars .

Pros:

Sehr gute und zentrale Lage, sehr geräumiges Zimmer mit der pfiffigen Lösung (Glaseinhausung) für den Schlafbereich. Dadurch lichtdurchflutet und klimatisiert. So konnte man die Balkontür auflassen, ohne das dieser Bereich sich aufheizen konnte.

Pros:

La vue sur mer, petit déjeuner correct, l’emplacement (on peut tout faire a pied)

Cons:

Literie de très mauvaise qualité (le lit est très très dur), chasse d’eau défectueuse, pas d’ascenseur, pas de rideau occultant. Annonce mensongère, on ne peut pas se baigner car pleins d’algues. Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel qui est cher pour ce qu’il est.

Good location, convenient for exploring Praslin Island. Breakfast was good overall, even if quite simple.

Cons:

The apartment was very basic and not particularly comfortable or functional for a longer stay. Cleanliness was below expectations: there was visible old dirt behind the bed headboard, dust above the hairdryer in the bedroom, and the kitchen — especially the stovetop — was not properly cleaned.

The breakfast, although good, was very repetitive. Additionally, despite croissants being shown on the menu, they were not available when we asked.

Overall, the property does not offer good value for money and several aspects need improvement, especially cleanliness, maintenance, and attention to guests.

Pros:

Zentrale Lage, freundliches Personal, gutes Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis. Frühstück war gut und ausreichend

Cons:

Einiges ist in die Jahre gekommen und wird anscheinend nicht repariert. Das Licht im Bad, kaputte Handtuchhalter… aber man darf bei dem Preis auch keine hohe Erwartungen haben

Colazione abbondante.
Hotel vicinissimo alla spiaggia, dove però risulta difficile fare il bagno perché attraccano le barche e ci sono molte razze in acqua molto bassa, ma vicino a graziosa lingua di sabbia.

Cons:

Camere un pò datate da rivedere così come la pulizia e le prese elettriche per caricare i cellulari (In camera tripla solo un comodino con presa).
Angolo cottura non utilizzabile perché mancante di stoviglie e bombola del gas non attaccata.
