Pros:

breakfast included. It was very convenient that the car was delivered directly to the port. The vehicle was a new Kia Picanto, which was compact, comfortable, and easy to drive. It had an automatic transmission and an excellent multimedia system. Apple CarPlay worked very well, making the driving experience even more enjoyable.

Cons:

I didn't like that there were a lot of ants in the room.

Las habitaciones estaban muy bien, la ubicación estaba bastante bien y había enfrente para cenar.

Para empezar, no había para que las personas sencilla de ruedas pudiesen subir a los pisos, ya que solo había escaleras y no habías ascensor o cuesta. Desayuno muy escaso, rodaja de Bacon y una salchicha.

An affordable stay in a beautiful Island
Pros:

The location was just perfect. The bus stop, takeaways, and supermarkets were just in the vicinity. The staff was very friendly. The rooms were clean and done nicely. Unfortunately some things were falling out of place and needed renovation but yet sufficient for a comfortable stay.

The accommodation was great due to its location and how spacious it was (10 minutes to the hotel where you can walk up to Anse Georgette, few minute drive up to Grand Anse, 7 minutes up to Vallee de Mai, beautiful sunset beach 3 minutes drive and 30 minute drive up to Ande Lazio) Breakfast was lovely too and the staff overall have been very helpful and nice. They helped us organise a taxi too. Great stay!

Un séjour très agréable avec un personnel exceptionnel

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l’extérieur du Diamond Plaza. De plus, les échanges avec la jeune dame à l'accueil ont été formidables : elle s'est montrée extrêmement serviable et nous a parfaitement conseillés pour trouver les meilleurs restaurants et réserver nos taxis. Un grand merci à elle pour sa gentillesse et son aide précieuse !

Cons:

Le matelas était un peu trop mou à mon goût. Cependant, ayant une spondylarthrite ankylosante, ma sensibilité est particulière et je pense que cela vient plutôt de là, car mon époux, de son côté, a trouvé la literie très confortable.

Pros:

Salima a l'accueil au top, nous sommes parties très tôt le matin, ils vous avez pris soin de nous préparer un bon petit déjeuner à emporter. On a pu poser toutes les questions, ils ont su nous orienter parfaitement. Merci beaucoup à Salima. ils nous ont porté nos bagages jusqu'à notre chambre.

L'appartamento è ampio e dotato di tutto il necessario per cucinare e conservare cibo, utile con un bimbo piccolo. La vista dalla camera era splendida. Lo staff disponibile e quando ci si è fulminata una lampadina l'ha sostituita immediatamente. La pulizia quotidiana effettuata bene

Manca l'ascensore; le camere sono arredate con mobili molto vecchi e purtroppo non tenuti e puliti. La posizione è comoda per la presenza di tanti supermercati e ristoranti locali, ma molto scomoda per visitare le spiagge. La colazione è buona ma manca di varietà (si può scegliere solo la cottura delle uova VS porridge). L'aria condizionata è solo in camera.

La posizione era molto comoda con diversi servizi, cosa non scontata in un’isola come Praslin. Le camere erano ampie.

Cons:

Scarsa attenzione alla qualità delle camere (uso il plurale perché hanno dovuto cambiarci la camera durante la permanenza). Il nostro soggiorno è stato costellato da problematiche. Siamo arrivati e la cucina non era utilizzabile in quanto la bombola non era collegata, il giorno successivo la bombola è stata collegata ma era semivuota, tanto che è terminata solo dopo pochi minuti; pertanto su quattro notti abbiamo potuto utilizzarla soltanto due. Il terzo giorno durante la notte è esploso il tubo che carica l’acqua nel water, abbiamo dovuto chiudere l’acqua. Il quarto giorno si è divelta una piastrella nel bagno e abbiamo rischiato di ferirci un piede. Pertanto sono stati costretti a cambiarci camera, su nostra sollecitazione, altrimenti non l’avrebbero fatto. Nella seconda camera il rubinetto ha perso acqua tutta la notte e c’erano altre piastrelle rialzate. Mobilio obsoleto. La colazione molto mediocre che non comprende nulla di dolce. Nel complesso il soggiorno è stato pessimo e faremo un reclamo formale a Booking. Non comprendo assolutamente le recensioni positive di alcuni, ok il lato economico, ok che ci possono essere degli inconvenienti ma una piastrella che esplode sotto ai piedi è ingiustificata e pericolosa.

Great location. Beach, though not amazing one, immediately outside of the hotel. Also takeaway is immediately in front of the entrance with great fresh food as well as two supermarkets for rest of the stuff and charging your bus card. Very clean, nice view, amazing breakfast and super nice staff. Bus stop is also immediately outside.

Cons:

Chairs in the room for realxing and watching tv. They were pretty uncomfortable as we spent evenings in the room watching TV or talking, but it was very uncomfortable.
