Wouldn’t go back on principle
Pros:

Properties kept clean and is accessible to the old town

Cons:

The manager ( and owner apparently?)and one of the staff.
Bad experience. Racist. And no customer service

Ontbijt was dit jaar minder dan vorig jaar. Lekkere gebakjes, maar brood moest je zelf bakken.

Extrem unfreundliches Personal an der Rezeption - haben das gebuchte Zimmer mit Balkon nicht erhalten, obwohl im vorhinein zu 100% bezahlt. Keine Entschuldigung oder Rückerstattung über das Hotel für diesen Fehler. Wäre grundsätzlich ein schönes, komfortables Hotel in recht guter Lage, aber der Umgang der Rezeptionisten mit den Gästen hat uns leider den Kurzurlaub vermiest (keine Entschuldigung für Fehler im Buchungssystem, keine Entschädigung für das Zimmer-Down-Grade, kein Wille für Wiedergutmachung - nur die Info, dass wir uns an Booking.com wenden sollen - sie können hier nichts tun, obwohl der Fehler seitens des Hotels gemacht wurde, zudem kein Grüßen, kein Lächeln.

Lovely - just what I needed to pamper
Pros:

Gorgeous hotel and spa. Had the spa to myself at one point. Staff were really lovely, super helpful.

Cons:

Its a trek up the hill - get a cab with baggage. Its an easy 10 minute walk into town without baggage.

Pros:

Lovely hotel with friendly helpful staff. Pool area very nice and room had everything we needed. View from window not very exciting but otherwise room was great.

Cons:

View from window and climb back to hotel from old town area of Split.
