Pros:

Staff were very helpful. Hannah and Meno were 2 staff we meet and were very attentive. They helped us to guide how to get to puerto princesa airport.
Room was very nice and clean.
Our fav part was the pool.

Hotel pequeño muy acogedor, bien situado y con un a piscina pequeña que era una maravilla después de un día de excursión. Agua filtrada gratis todos los dias. La habitación amplia con ducha separada del baño!!! Y con una mininevera para guardar bebida

Cons:

Contratamos con ellos las excursiones y nos recomendaron coger una privada ( muy muy cara), nos fueron a recoger al hotel pero a la vuelta nos dejaron tirados en el puerto y nos dijeron ahí tenéis tricycles para ir al hotel.... No merece la pena hacerlo por privado, el resto las cogimos compartidas y bien

Pros:

L’emplacement est idéal, à seulement 10 minutes à pied du centre-ville et de la plage d’où partent les bateaux pour les excursions à la journée.

Cons:

Avec la climatisation allumée, il faisait trop froid avec seulement un petit drap, mais dès qu’on l’éteignait, la chaleur devenait vite étouffante. Une couverture supplémentaire aurait permis d’être plus à l’aise.

L’emplacement était bien

Cons:

Mise à part le monsieur qui nous a accueilli, personne ne nous disait bonjour, le monsieur de la sécurité était sur son portable et nous disait pas bonjour c’était gênant. Mauvais rapport qualité prix car le petit déjeuner n’est pas inclu.

Very convenient location, able to walk into town for food, activities and tours. Would recommend.

Cons:

Nothing major but the deluxe and superior rooms are pretty much identical inside. But they are both nice, main difference is the balcony or terrace.

Pros:

The staff here are super helpful and always remember you. The hotel is very small making it very personal, with breakfast being delivered to your room each morning. The pool is lovely. The location was perfect for us, it was a short walk to the town proper but far enough to be a nice and peaceful stay.

Kleine Abstriche, aber jederzeit gerne wieder. Empfehlenswert.
Pros:

Schöne Anlage mit ruhigen Räumen. Lage ist super.
Leckeres Frühstück, was man jeden Morgen auf die eigene Terrasse serviert bekommt. Toller kleiner und immer sauberer Pool. Manu, der Manager ist sehr aufmerksam ist sofort auf unsere Fragen und Wünsche eingegangen. Auch einige Punkte, die wir in früheren Bewertungen gelesen hatten, sind behoben worden.

Cons:

Leider konnte anscheinend 1 Problem noch nicht ganz behoben werden: ab und zu, nicht permanent, kommt ein komischer Geruch aus den Abflüssen, doch ich denke, dass es eher ein Kanalisationsproblem in der gesamten Gegend zu sein scheint.
