Dobry stosunek jakości do ceny, bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa.

Überraschend gut.
Pros:

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Sehr nettes Personal an der Rezeption und hilfsbereit. Frühstück 👍👍Bad und Sauna prima. Wir kommen wieder.👏👏

Bardzo kameralne miejsce tuż koło pijalni.
Pros:

Śniadanko zróżnicowane, z bogatą ofertą także dla dziexi. Kawa gotowa w "becherkach" - smaczna, ale trzeba się "napompować" by ją zdobyć. Synek ocenił sok pomarańczowy jako najpyszniejszy.
Jako uczestnicy Biegu Piastów - doświadczyliśmy wiele życzliwości (np. naszykowane pakiety śniadaniowe, możliwość przedłużenia jednego z pokojów)

The best place to stay in Świeradów Zdrój
Pros:

What a place! Beautiful inside and outside, with a fantastic location: a short walk to the Dom Zdrojowy, within walking distance to the Sky Walk
But what really makes Sudetia a special place is the staff. They were always willing to accomodate to our needs, food was great, and literally whatever we turned to them with, they were ready to help. What a place!

Cons:

I can't think of anything that I didn't like. It's a real jewel.

Hotel w samym sercu Świeradowa-Zdroju
Pros:

Super lokalizacja - blisko do większości atrakcji Świeradowa-Zdroju, zaciszna okolica; pyszne śniadania - codziennie co innego, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie; basen z jacuzzi - miły dodatek.

Cons:

Hotel już trochę trąci myszką, widać wiele niedoróbek w pokojach - aż się prosi o odświeżenie. Limitowane miejsca parkingowo, co przy całkowitym obłożeniu hotelu znaczy, że znalezienie miejsca parkingowego graniczy z cudem. Niestety w najbliższym otoczeniu hotelu nie ma darmowych miejsc parkingowych miejskich.

Jak na hotel 3 gwiazdkowy to ok. Blisko szlaków, basen bez obsługi. Panie z strefy zabiegowej, pomocne. Pani brunetka z restauracji bardzo sympatyczna i pomocna.

Cons:

Grzyb na suficie damskiej szatni na basenie, bar/restauracja zamknięte po 19. Panie w restauracji podają sprzeczne informacje do kiedy można zgłosić dokupienie obiadokolacji. Psujące się drzwi w pokoju hotelowym.
