Ustronne miejsce
Kiepskie śniadania. Meble po przejściach. Kiepskie oświetlenie. Bardzo słabe połączenie z internetem bezprzewodowym. Awaria windy. Brak zaopatrzenia w barze w napoje którymi hotel zachęca przechodniów na "potykaczu". Hotel do generalnego remontu.

Brak ekspresu do kawy na stołówce, co w każdym innym hotelu od wielu lat jest standardem!
Brak czajnika w pokoju, czajnik na stołku na korytarzu, to jakaś farsa.

Obsługa bardzo miła, śniadania bardzo dobre, duży wybór. Miejsce idealne by wypocząć.
Rzeczy, które wymagają renowacji- np. obluzowane części na basenie.
Pokoje przestronne, czyste. Wygodny materac. Piękny widok z pokoju na las. Łazienka duża, z ręcznikami, suszarką, szlafrokami. W pokoju pojemna szafa na rzeczy. Na balkonie leżaki do odpoczynku.
Basen i jacuzzi czynne do godz. 22:00, woda w basenie podgrzewana, idealna do pływania. Sauna dostępna również do godz. 22:00.
Śniadania smaczne, spory wybór. Obiadokolacje w cenie 55 zł / os. - zupa dnia + 2 mięsa do wyboru, ziemniaki, warzywa na parze + surówki, oraz ciasto na deser.
Wygodne łóżka, przyjazny personel, zadbane kwiaty stanowiące piękny wystrój i wydzielenie w restauracji, ciepło i ładny zapach na klatce schodowej
Mało różnorodne śniadanie- szczególnie dla wegetarian czy innych potrzebujących , brak jednorazowych klapek do kompleksu spa ( szlafroki były)
Nejchudší snídaně, co jsme v Polsku zažili. Káva k snídani pouze z termosky nebo instantní, pokud jsme chtěli z kávovaru, museli jsme si ji zaplatit, cena přes 100 Kč za jednu. Máme Polsko rádi, ale toto jsme nikde nezažili. :(
Jedzenie smaczne. Lokalizacja bardzo dobra, blisko wejscia w gory i Sky Walk oraz Pijalni. W hotelu kranowka dostepna z ujecia wod radonowych. Bardzo dobrze wyposazone SPA. Masazystka z 15 letnim doswiadczeniem rewelacyjna.
Brak na sniadaniu ciasta i owocow w dzien powszedni. Kawa z termosu z lat 90 tych ( pokolenie “Z” nie wie jak to obslugiwac). Brak systemu komunikacji pomiedzy Recepcja a SPA, co sprzyja nieporozumieniom i chaosowi.
