the only 'little' grevance is that when they have their halls rented, the parking becomes limited.

The details of the hotel are very misleading. There is a spa on location, which is not unusual, but to say that there are spa services for additional costs, then to continue that guests have access to a recreational hot tub, is certainly misleading.
There is also very limited parking and staff are quite unwelcoming.

Property was absolutely amazing hotel, restaurant and spa combination is great. The only complaint is lack of parking, especially during the winter months but other than that excellent stay.

Ok stay, bed are very bad.
Le Noranda Hotel and Spa is a great place to stay while visiting the area. The rooms are spacious, the staff is friendly and the restaurant is wonderful. While we do our best to speak French when addressing staff at the hotel, they cheerfully do their best to speak to us in English. Rouyn Noranda is a friendly, vibrant and walkable city. We always enjoy shopping in the quality stores that we encounter throughout the city.
Feels like I am home
the hotel staff and dinning room staff were so nice and welcoming..... we arrived a bit early and weren't turned away which was great as we had been driving quite awhile and were tired.... this hotel provides you with real glassware from wine glasses to drinking glasses.. that is such a nice change from those awful disposable glasses... we would stay there again for sure!!
Hotel was fine, enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately, a leather jacket was left in the room and when we called it was not found-we know it was left there.

The hotel description said that a hot tub was available. When I arrived, however, I was notified that there was no hot tub, only at the spa.
Overall wonderful experience. Fabulous room, very clean, modern. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.
Very clean and welcoming . The only feedback I would give is the front lobby had a weird smell, sulphuric. I’m not sure if it had anything to do with the spa that is below but it wasn’t a nice smell to walk into .
