Pros:

Si muchas tiendas, pero el personal de recepción, grosero, sin empatía, sin brindar opciones de transportación, en resumen, no ayudan al huésped en sus necesidades, y lo que resuelven lo hacen de mala gana, además de agredir verbalmente al huésped, falta de consideración y empatía con las personas de la tercera edad.

Mi estancia fue terrible ya que la habitación estaba infectada de cucarachas, no dormí temiendo se me fuera a subir una , me hospedé ahí ya que queda cerca de la central del norte, pero no lo recomiendo para nada

Our room had a humid smell. When I notified the staff, they immediately went up and added air-freshener that kinda helped. The huge window only opened from a tiny corner. Location was great.
