Great Value 💫
Pros:

Everything was excellent. For the price I paid I have no qualms - all was well. I most especially liked the interior design of the hotel and the lounge/breakfast area. The location and staff were also excellent. English was spoken 👍

Otelin konumu, temizliği ve sunduğu konfor gayet başarılıydı. Ancak en çok öne çıkan şey personelin ilgisi ve misafirperverliği oldu. Çalışanların Türkçe bilmesi iletişimi inanılmaz kolaylaştırdı ve her konuda çok yardımcı oldular. Uçağım için erken check-out yapmam gerekmesine rağmen benim için özel 'breakfast box bile hazırladılar. Yorucu gezi günlerinin ardından hizmet olarak harika bir deneyim sundular.

Понравилось: расположение, персонал.

Cons:

Номер был грязный. В шкафу остались мусор и остатки еды от предыдущих гостей. Мы бронировали номер на двоих, однако принадлежности были только на одного человека.

Если рассматривать вариант просто переночевать, как в хостеле, то это было нормально.

Ранее всё было отлично: чистота, комфорт, сервис. Мы не раз бронировали этот отель и всегда оставались довольны. Именно поэтому выбрали его снова как хороший отель, но в этот раз ожидания не оправдались.

Очень жаль, что уровень сервиса заметно снизился. Хотелось бы, чтобы администрация уделяла больше внимания уборке номеров и проверке комплектации перед заселением гостей. Надеемся, что в будущем ситуация изменится, потому что у отеля действительно хороший потенциал и раньше он оставлял только положительные впечатления.

Отличный городской отель по расположению и по соотношению цена/качество ! Отдельно отмечу суперзаботливый персонал и очень вкусные завтраки ! Однозначно рекомендую всем туристам и приезжим гостям в г.Бишкек !

Отель в прекрасном распоряжении. Близко кафешки, магазины, филармония. Место очень приятное, рядом парк. Персонал вежливый, номера чистые. В номере все необходимое есть. Завтрак был очень сытным и вкусным. Рекомендую. Соотношение цена-качество просто огонь
