Es un Hotel que conocíamos por su ubicación, por eso lo elegimos, si bien antes fue NH. El desayuno excelente con atención dedicada por el personal para atender demandas extras. La habitación muy comoda por cierto.
La decoración del hall de recepción, absolutamente opinable. El baño se termina mojando todo el piso, ya que tiene una mampara abierta.
This hotel is lovely. The staff is really friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. They provided bathrobes and slippers. Loved our city view. Very centrally located. Would highly recommend.
Husband drinks lots of coffee. Needed to requested additional coffee pods. Aside from that, loved everything.

The hotel was absolutely wonderful, right down to the smallest details. The staff were so attentive, and everything was perfect. The breakfast was outstanding! I highly recommend it.
We were only there for a quick trip to see Shakira in concert, but I wish we could have stayed a few more days. We had such a fantastic time!

Perfekt läge om man vill upptäcka olika delar av Madrid. 100 m till närmaste tunnelbanestation. Fantastiskt fin frukost och väldigt trevlig personal.
Det var mycket problem med korten för att öppna hotellrummet. Vi fick gå till receptionen flera gånger för att de skulle programmera om dem. Ganska lyhört mellan våningarna och ut i korridoren.

Staff weren’t nice
Overall, our stay was good. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room had all the necessary amenities, including slippers, a washcloth, tea, coffee, a toothbrush, and other essentials.
It was quite noisy at night, especially because of the noise coming from neighboring rooms. There was also some noise from a compressor during the night, which sometimes made it difficult for us to sleep.
If it weren't for the noise, everything would have been excellent overall.
