Overall, our stay was good. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room had all the necessary amenities, including slippers, a washcloth, tea, coffee, a toothbrush, and other essentials.

Cons:

It was quite noisy at night, especially because of the noise coming from neighboring rooms. There was also some noise from a compressor during the night, which sometimes made it difficult for us to sleep.

If it weren't for the noise, everything would have been excellent overall.

Pros:

petit-déjeuner extra avec pas mal de choix
le service taxi à l'aéroport est bien pratique (même si on a du l'attendre , mais notre avion avait du retard)
facilité et rapidité pour avoir un taxi au départ de l'hotel
gentillesse du personnel
eau et snack à l'accueil

Cons:

chambre au rez-de-chaussée, , vue sur cour, quasi pas de lumière de l'extérieur, pas assez de lumière dans la chambre, chambre petite
petit lit double pour 2 (j'avais demandé 2 lits séparés mais donc plus disponible)
chambre et salle de bain fonctionnelles pour personne en chaise roulante (pas nous donc)
propre mais détails laissaient à désirer (tache de calcaire sous radiateur, coins pas très propres près des prises, reste de papier collant entre salle de bain et chambre)
le choix de la chambre à l'avance n'a pas réussi car j'étais avec ma fille mineure.

The soundproofing is terrible

Location and staff. Rooms are ample

Cons:

The soundproofing is very poor. You can hear everything, from the toilet in the room next door to people talking in the corridor at midnight. There is very little sense of privacy, and almost no comfortable common space to spend time in the hotel outside your room.

Bel hôtel, bien situé, à quelques dizaines de minutes de marche de Gran Via, dans le haut de Malasana, dans une zone plutôt calme.
Chambres propres, bien équipées, salle de sport fonctionnelle, très bon petit déjeuner. Personnel accueillant et souriant.

Cons:

Beaucoup de bruit dès le matin dans les couloirs (aspirateurs etc.), qui dérange dans les chambres mal isolées à l'intérieur.
Chambres assez petites au regard du prix.
