Location was great. Near Alonso Martínez metro station.

Cons:

The room was dark. Needs better lighting. Horrible TV and very few stations.

The maid service was inconsistent. Some days, they would forget to leave coffee pods. Other days they would forget to leave clean glasses.

La gentillesse et disponibilité du personnel - la situation (quartier un peu à l'écart, calme mais à distance de marche (si on aime marcher, le quartier des musées est à 15/20 min) et à côté d'une station de métro - le petit déjeuner, avec du choix et la qualité des produits - l'aménagement moderne des chambres et salle de bain.

К моему большому сожалению, в отеле ужасная шумоизоляция, слышны шаги соседей , звук швабры уборщицы и так далее . Вода в душе плохо уходит поэтому после 5-6 минут приема душа она выходит из краев и начинает заливать ванную комнату. И в последний день упала труба под раковиной и вся вода начала литься на пол .
Отель оставил смешанные чувства так как имеет хорошее расположение, отличный персонал от уборщиц и до ресепсионистов, однако , предложенный ценник не соответствует качеству комнат . Больше не вернусь

Great location, strong design, and very friendly staff. The room we ultimately stayed in was excellent in terms of size and layout, and it featured one of the nicest bathrooms we have experienced in a hotel of this category.

Cons:

It is very loud. According to the staff, due to regulations in Madrid affecting listed buildings, the proprietors are not permitted to install modern soundproofing in the windows—there are no rubber seals at all to act as a sound barrier. The first room we were given, one of the recently renovated ones, felt as if traffic from the busy street outside was passing straight through the room. After we complained, we were moved to another room on the sixth floor, which was noticeably better. But this raises the question of what would have happened had that room not been available.
