Lovely location. Staff very nice. Make sure ask for an external facing room as some rooms look into quite small dark courtyard

Hotel comodo , limpio , bien ubicado , aceptan mascotas y las tratan super bien , lo recomiendo !!!

Me gusto mucho el hecho que aceptaran mascotas en el hotel , le pusieron su cama muy comoda y sus platos . El personal del hotel muy amable y disponible .

Cons:

La habitacion no era para nada silenciosa, se sentian las personas en el pasillo , la aspiradora del la limpieza , todo!!
El espacio para desayunar es pequeno , bastante variado pero un poco repetitivo .
Ofrecen las pantuflas pero no estaban , las pedi y nunca llegaron .

Pros:

Μεγαλο κρεβατι, αλλαζαν πετσετες κ εστρωναν κρεβατι καθε μερα, πολυ ωραια γειτονια, ησυχια το βραδυ.

Cons:

Το μπανιο δεν ειχε εξαερισμο, δεν υπηρχαν πολλες πριζες για φορτιση κινητου.

Un hotel limpio, acogedor, especial. El personal mega simpático. La zona es excelente. Consejo por si acaso: si queréis desayuno en la habitación hay que encargarlo por teléfono.

tres chouette sejour a Madrid grace aussi a l'hotel.
Pros:

petit déjeuner tres bon, bons produits. bon emplacement de l'hotel, calme et a proximité de tout. Salle de bains tres spacieuse et joli vue.

Could have been excellent but room was not equipped for weather.
Pros:

The staff was very receptive to help. The breakfast was superb and the room was comfortable. Location was also very good.

Cons:

The room was too hot because they had not convert it to AC and when opening the balcony’s door the noise from the street was too loud. It was too uncomfortable.

Ampia camera ben attrezzata (macchina per caffe Nespresso, ferro da stiro verticale, acqua disponibile ogni giorno)
Ampio bagno e funzionale (buono il phon messo a disposizione, ottima qualità degli accappatoi)
Ottima colazione varia ed abbondante
Personale cordiale e disponibile

Cons:

Mancanza bidet nel bagno (soluzione alternativa la doccia) e nessun riassortimento del vanity set dopo il primo giorno
Insonorizzazione insufficiente (si sentiva chiaramente il rumore delle auto sulla strada in particolare la notte)
Dimensioni della sala colazione che in alcune mattine era satura e gli ospiti dovevano attendere che qualcuno finisse
