Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. For guests booking from outside of Israel, the tax is not included in the total price.

The location, the design of the rooms, the overall idea of the hotel (small cozy houses) and the meal was very good. Comfortable beds.
Some things are seriously outdated and worn out. Handrails in the common indoor pools barely hold. The stairs in the private pool as well, moving and squeaking as hell. No lights in private swimming pool. The drawers in the room swing and nearly fall down when opened. Not too clean, hair and dust in the bathroom. The room was supposed to be luxurious, but it felt very much run-down.

בריכות מינרלים, גופרית, רגילה וגם יש חלק מהחדרים עם בריכה קטנה פרטית, אוכל מעולה ובשפע ....
האוכל וגם חדר האוכל לא היה נקי כמו פעם.
החל מהלילה לא היה מים מחפרון עבד וחפר וממש ממש הרעיש לא הצלחנו להרדם בגלל הרעש
מגבות לא היו היית צריך להתחנן שיביאו
אף אחד מהעוסקים במלון לא טרח לעדכן שאין מים בחדר לא היה ניתן לעשות מקלחת לא שרותים. פשוט ניהול כושל מאד וחבל יש לי זכרונות קצת טובים יותר מהמלון. פשוט החופשה בת 24 שעות התקלקלה
אכלנו בבוקר מבלי להנות כראוי ולפנות ונסענו הביתה עם טעם רע בפה.
