המיקום טוב, חוץ רחצה נחמד, ספא נחמד

Cons:

המקום מלא יתושים, בחדרים מלא דם של יתושים על הקירות,
הבריכה בשבת הייתה לא נקייה כי המשאבות לא עבדו, המים בחדר האוכל לשטיפת ידיים היו רותחים לא היה ניתן לשטוף ידיים, משיחה עם אחד המנהלים בשם מיקי התשובות היו ״יש ימים כאלה״ והאשימו את מקורות,האוכל סביר מינוס למלון שנחשב ״יוקרתי״.

Hôtel vraiment sympa
Pros:

L’architecture était top. Petits bungalows autour de la piscine. Proximité de la mer. Hôtel très propre. Piscine chauffée très agréable et super piscine intérieure d’eau de mer.

Cons:

Nous avons eu un problème au moment de l’enregistrement. Ils ne retrouvaient pas notre réservation. Il a fallu appeler booking et attendre une heure et demi. Le personnel a l’accueil n’était pas vraiment concerné.

Мы провели потрясающий отдых в этом отеле и остались в полном восторге.

С первых минут хочется отметить исключительный уровень сервиса. Особенно благодарим администратора на ресепшене Дарью — невероятно внимательную, деликатную и профессиональную. Она встретила нас с искренней доброжелательностью, быстро помогала во всех вопросах и создала ощущение, что о нас действительно заботятся. Именно такие сотрудники формируют лицо отеля и делают пребывание по-настоящему особенным.

Территория отеля очень красивая и продуманная до мелочей: много уютных зон для прогулок и отдыха, ощущение приватности и камерности, где нет суеты и шума, только спокойствие и расслабление.

Пляж расположен в непосредственной шаговой доступности, что очень удобно. При этом он хорошо организован: достаточно лежаков, нет ощущения переполненности, всегда можно найти комфортное место и спокойно наслаждаться отдыхом у моря.

В целом отель оставил впечатление очень гармоничного, стильного и комфортного места, куда хочется возвращаться. Это именно тот случай, когда реальность полностью соответствует ожиданиям и даже их превосходит.

מקום יפה, משפחתי ואינטימי צריכים כמה שיפורים כמו שציינתי.

היה טוב בארוחות, אהבתי את המיקום

Cons:

צריך לרסס, מלא יתושים בחדר היינו חייבים להתכסות בגלל היתושים זה העיב, הכסא והכורסה ישנים ועם כתמים, חבל כי החדר מאוד יפה, בתוך הים הסוככים קרועים ולא מסבים צל מלא
בקבלה בהגעה היו מאוד איטיים והיה תור כל אחד חיכה בערך חצי שעה פלוס.
