מלון נחמד ולא יותר,לא נגיע לשם שוב

האי נוחות בחדר-המזרונים
המיזוג בחדר מאוד חלש גם בקבלה לא היה מזגן.
הבריכה והג׳קוזי קטנים יחסית ולא נקיים.

יש חדרים שממש נמצאים במתחם הבריכה ויש המון רעש מי שמחפש שקט זה לא המקום.
עשינו צ׳ק אוט באמצע הלילה בגלל התנאים ולא יצרו איתנו קשר עד היום.

הזמנו מיטה זוגית לפי האתר בוקינג, סתבר שאין במלון זה מיטות זוגיות.
היה יום הולדת של בעלי ונגרם לנו עוגות נפש.
ולריה הנציגה של בוקינג רצתה לעזור אבל לא ידעה מה לעשות. בבוקר קמנו עם כאבי גב וצד.
החדר לא נוקה אפילו פעם.
המסדרון והמדרגות היו מלוכלכת.
לא היה ממי לבקש שקיות קפה לחידוש.
הצוות בדלפק והמנהלת נשמרת עליזה לא קיבלו את התלונה שלנו.
התקשרתי יום קודם לוודא שיש מיטה זוגית ואמרו לי שכן. כשהגענו מסתבר שאין.
וכבר לא היה זמן להחליף מלון.
קיבלנו "פיצוי" חדר עם בריכה אבל הכניסה לברכה הייתה מסוכנת, המעקה היה שבור.
והמעטה עדיין לא זוגית

Nice small hotel, a bit noisy, and boring for kids.
Pros:

THe hotel is very clean, smells very good, the staff were very efficient, breakfast was great, the pillows were very comfortable. The room was specious and clean. Room service was good too.

Cons:

There were no activities for kids, and no airconditioned area to be with kids except for the lobby. There was no warm/hot food served in the lobby on Saturday after Shabbat was over. The music at the pool was far too laoud and for too long hours. Not enough shade around the pool.
