Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr gut, wenige Minuten von der U-Bahn entfernt, nur ein paar Stationen ins Zentrum, Das Zimmer Betten, Größe, Ausstattung (Fön, Bügeleisen, Minibar, Teekocher etc)., optisch war das Zimmer sehr ansprechend und stylisch, das Frühstück war in Ordnung, nicht sehr viel Auswahl aber die Basics waren vorhanden

Cons:

Das Zimmer hatte kein Fenster (dies habe ich bei der Buchung scheinbar überlesen, ich dachte das Zimmer hätte nur keinen Balkon, aber es gab gar kein Fenster), auch keine Lüftung, somit war die Luft sehr schlecht im Zimmer, das Zimmer war direkt neben dem Frühstücksraum, somit ab 7 Uhr Frühstückslärm, die Angestellte war sehr unfreundlich, weil wir Probleme beim Einstellen des Safes hatten, man fühlte sich nicht sehr willkommen

Pros:

Номер оснащен хорошо, хороший завтрак, удобная кровать, приветливый персонал. Небогатый, но достаточный завтрак. Большой санузел. Недалеко от центра, можно пройтись пешком. Рядом есть частная парковка для автомобиля.

Cons:

Кнопка регулятора температуры не реагировала на нажатия. Поэтому было немного жарковато.

Pros:

15min walk from both Nyugati and Keleti main stations. 5mins from stop on Metro line 1 which runs under Andressy. Trolley bus from outside hotel to city centre or Keleti. Interesting high-tech controls for lights. Kettle in room!

Decent stay, but could improve on service and breakfast
Pros:

I recently stayed at the Smart Hotel Budapest, and while the experience was "okay" overall, there are several areas where the hotel fell short of expectations for a city stay.

Location & Accessibility
The hotel isn't as central as we had hoped. It is roughly a 24-minute commute/walk to the main city center. If you are looking to be in the heart of the action, you should factor in the extra travel time and transport costs.

Service & Local Knowledge
Unfortunately, the service was hit-or-miss. While some staff members were pleasant, others were not particularly friendly. More importantly, the front desk lacked basic concierge knowledge; they were unable to provide crucial information regarding nearby streets, monuments, or even local food delivery options. For a "Smart" hotel, I expected the staff to be more tech-savvy and informed about the city’s layout.

Dining
The breakfast was quite poor. There was a limited selection, and the quality didn't quite live up to the standard of other hotels in this price range. I ended up looking for breakfast options elsewhere during the latter part of my stay.

Verdict
It’s a functional place to sleep if you don’t mind the commute, but if you value a central location, a hearty breakfast, and a knowledgeable concierge to help you navigate Budapest, you might want to look at other options.

Központi elhelyezkedésű szállás. A személyzet kedves volt, a reggeli választékos és finom. Kifejezetten jól esett egy hosszú fárasztó nap után a szaunában való feltöltődés.

Es ist sehr sauber und Metro nicht weit entfernt.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer war im Keller ohne Fenster und sehr düster. Total trockene Luft. Das Zimmer liegt Wand an Wand mit dem Wellnessbereich und dem Frühstücksraum. An 6h morgens an schlafen nicht zu denken, da das Frühstück angerichtet wurde. Das Zimmer unserer Jungs war 1 Etage höher und extrem klein.
