Pros:

Vissza járó vendégek vagyunk, szerettünk ide járni. De most nagy csalódás ért.

A nappalos recepciós hölgy nagyon kedves volt, érkezésünkkor is és távozásunknál is. Na de az éjszakás recepciós férfi szánalmas volt! Este 19-20 óra között, mentünk fel a barátommal a szállásra érthetően hangosan köszöntünk MI előre, de az csak ránk nézett megvetően aztán tovább csinálta a semmit tevését. Majd este a párom is meg érkezett, hangosan köszönt, és megint csak bámult lenézően köszönés nélkül . És most olyan szobát kaptunk, ami közvetlenül a bár és a Recepció mellett volt (106) és mindent lehetett hallani a recepciótól és a bártól így korán reggel felkeltünk, és elmentünk.

El recepcionista único hombre que hay es algo antipático. No mira bien ni saluda, parecía que le molestaba atenderte. El resto del personal fue sensacional y el buffet estaba riquísimo

Pros:

Легко нашли отель. Автоматически открывается дверь впуская вас. Приветливый персонал. Помогли донести багаж в номер. Номер чистый уютный. Было тихо,хоть большие окна (выходили на улицу,второй этаж). Душевая удобная просторная,чистая. Завтрак хороший,разнообразный.

Cons:

Маловато расстояние от края кровати до стены,окна. Муж крупный,плохое зрение,махнул рукой,поцарапал палец(стена шершавая,такой современный ремонт) Утюг есть,но на поверхности пригар. Но он так расположен в шифоньере,что персонал мог не увидеть.

Siamo stati 1 settimana e il cambio delle lenzuola non sono mai state fatte, solamente la piega e rifare il letto.
