The hotel itself was beautiful and perfectly situated, but it was the staff that truly made the experience exceptional. Arber (Benny) went above and beyond to assist in any way he could. I needed to plan a commute into the mountains—over an hour and a half away—and he took the time to carefully map out the best route for me. When he later found a better option, he didn’t hesitate to call my room and personally deliver the updated directions. Traveling is always an adventure, but it’s the people you meet who can really shape the experience. Arber made my time in Bolzano all the more memorable. Thank you!

This charming and comfortable hotel is in the center of the old town. There are many restaurants, shops, and attractions within steps of the hotel. We used Bolzano as a base for several days of exploring both the city and the Dolomites. We highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel Figl was in the perfect location of this historically beautiful town. surrounded by amazing shops and bistros, we found it clean, charming and very comfortable! The management was so helpful and friendly!

Great hotel and location. Staff are all very helpful. Short walk from train station and in the midst of the pedestrian zone. Nice breakfasts with both inside and outside seating. Meals all day and a nice small bar.

We had a marvelous stay at Hotel Figl. Since we were traveling by train, the short walk to the hotel was convenient. The staff is outstanding. We quickly settled in to our beautiful and extremely comfortable suite, then headed out to enjoy the gorgeous area thanks to the orientation provided by the staff. Their recommendations of things to do and restaurants fit our desires and interests. A perfect weekend!

We stayed at Hotel Figl for 2 nights during our interrail trip across Europe, and after a week of staying in some pretty nice hotels, this one truly stood out as the best. It was by far the comfiest and friendliest place we experienced:)

Yes, the hotel is a little older, but that’s exactly what gave it such unique charm: we fell completely in love with it.
<3 The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and everything about our stay just felt so relaxed and cozy. We’re already planning to come back and stay longer next time:)

If I had to mention one thing that could be improved, it would be the pillows. They were very slim and could use an update, but that’s the only small issue in an otherwise perfect experience.

Special shoutout to the amazing staff: service was absolutely 5/5. Everyone was kind, helpful, and made us feel right at home.

Everything was wonderful. A true find in Bolzano. Walking distance from train station, laundry, great cafe downstairs. Highly recommended.

Fantastic

It was our first time in Bolzano and this hotel provided the perfect ambience as well as convenience. There is nothing really bad to say about the experience. If I were to be extremely critical it would be the fact that if you have a tall vehicle, you will need to park a 5-8 minute walk away at an open air parking lot instead of their suggested closed garage. Otherwise, this hotel is a gem.

Excellent property in an excellent location. The room was modern and felt new. The staff were super friendly. It was in the heart of where you want to be. Parking was super convenient. I would stay here again in a heart beat. Everything was perfect

It is in a pretty part of the old city. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Easy walk to the beautiful parts of Balzano.
