Amazing, beautiful properties and resort amenities. extremely central for all Disney. Check in and check out were very easy. we had a few questions during our visit and they were all answered quickly and efficiently. Our house had 3 en-suited bedrooms with dressing rooms. A large kitchen area with all top notch appliances. The outside are had a huge sofa seating area with Grill and sink. amazing.

Our stay at Magic Village Views was absolutely wonderful. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and the townhouse offered plenty of space for our group to relax comfortably. The resort facilities were in excellent condition, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout. Its location couldn’t be better — just minutes away from theme parks, supermarkets, and great restaurants. Highly recommended, and I look forward to returning soon with family and friends for another amazing stay.

Great design and layout of house. Easy access, well equipped kitchen, laundry and linens. Easy parking, comfortable bedding and sitting space. The air conditioning changed temperature settings at random.
The cleaning service was upon request and pretty high US$147 (very quick- 1hr for all 4- Bedroom house).
The gym had good equipment and was clean and stylish.
Would like to stay again,

Excellent town house with all amenities. 10mins from Disney Parks. 20 mins from universal. A quiet complex with lovely pool. Ideal for relaxing post Disney etc. 5 min drive to Walmart. We found the townhouse to be very spacious- ideal for families with mixed age range so everyone had their own room and en-suite. Staff friendly and helpful.

One thing I like is every bedroom has its own bathroom and there’s even a bathroom for guest if someone comes by. The homes are wonderful and I think anytime I visit the Orlando/Kissimmee area this will be my permanent place I will be staying at.

The beds were comfortable, the pillows the same. The place is newly built and perfect amenities! I will definitely be coming again. All was perfect 👌

I recently booked a stay for one of my clients at Magic Village Views in Kissimmee, and they were extremely happy with their experience. The resort’s amenities, beautiful accommodations, and convenient location really made their trip special. Highly recommend it!

Beautiful and clean premises. We booked the three bedroom villa and we absolutely loved it. The rooms were clean and spacious and the patio with the grill outside was such a nice touch. My kids loved having their own rooms and didn’t want to leave. Will definitely book again and recommend to family and friends.

While at first glance it appears to be nice, it clearly is in need of a thorough cleaning. Carpets and floors were dirty and there were stains on the couches. We checked in very late at night and went right to sleep so we didn't really have a desire to check the cleanliness and we went straight to a park the next day. As the week went on, my husband and I had been experiencing respiratory and skin issues that got progressively worse, especially when we went to bed. This definitely made the trip less enjoyable as it lasted well after we left the resort. We just assumed it was poor air quality in the unit. At the end of our stay, as I was reaching under the sink area, I viewed visible black mold and the area was wet. We went to the front desk and reported it and showed them pictures. Clearly, the cleaning staff should have seen that during their regular cleanings, but failed to do anything about it. It took management 2 weeks to get back to us as we at least wanted our cleaning fee refunded and possibly some compensation for our discomfort and inconvenience for their negligent cleaning practices. After several follow ups, they only agreed to half of the over $200 fee. For what we paid to stay there, and the poor condition of the place, charging a cleaning fee is an absolute joke.

We loved this property! The condo was very spacious and clean and a great value!!! The showers were all fantastic and the rooms large. The beds were comfortable and had lots of pillows but the sheets were not the softest. The pool was very nice and we particularly loved the cabanas.

PROS:

• Very attractive villas from the exterior.
• Very close to Disney Animal Kingdom
• Fairly large villas in a fairly quiet area
• On a quiet road.
• Comes with shared pool, tennis court and gym which are free to use.
• Great kitchen utensils.
• Large clean beds although the pillows are a bit overused.
• Gated area although some gates are quite short.
• Security at gate.

CONS:

• High use has taken its toll on the interior of the villas, marks and dirt on many surfaces, walls, pillows and curtains.
• Interior damage everywhere, many can be repaired by the company that manages the Villas.
• Questionable building choices have seen several quick repairs that are obvious around the villa.
• They hand you broken racquets when playing tennis.
• As per most Villas in Florida, you will need clothes hangers, bin bags and toilet rolls.
• Ground wasps nests and ant hills everywhere.
• Limited crockery including no vegetable peeler.

Conclusion:
Overall happy with the Villa and we were compensated for any issues we had.

On arrival the condition of the villa was not to the standard expected. The fly screen door on the main patio door was off the frame and propped up. The actual patio doors were insecure and could not be locked as the lock was faulty. The only thing securing the door was a flimsy hook and eye!! This was loose as the screws were not fitted correctly.
On the rear patio, a sprinkler unit had been broken off and left on the side of the patio. The patio furniture was covered in grass clippings - this happened again during the stay when the grass was cut.
The carpet covering the upstairs landing was tired and rucked up, presenting a possible trip hazard neat to the stairs?
There were no staff members worthy of mention, as most of them were not particularly helpful and kept any interaction to the bear minimum.
Entry to the premises is chaotic - for some bizarre reason there isn't a staff member in the gate houses. Entry is via a keypad and code - this is ok when it works, but if trying to enter for the first time or when it won't work it is impossible to get someone from reception to react as there appeared to only ever be one person on at a time. The on site security guard is as much useless - does not interact with customers and does nothing to assist when there are issues at the gate. He can however, be found 'keeping out of the way' sitting in his golf cart.
The on-site shop stocks very few items and as far as I could see you can't purchase hot drinks etc. The on-site restuarant is very niche and not for family meals. The 'clubhouse' lacks the ambiance and atmosphere of many other available properties in the area.
I would not recommend this property to friends or family and found few positives during our stay.

We had a great stay! The house and the complex are amazing—very clean, quiet, and well-maintained. The pool area and gym were definitely highlights.

The only downsides were the lack of basic cleaning supplies (like a toilet brush), no spot to hang laundry, and limited storage space. Other than that, everything was really enjoyable and comfortable!

I have just returned from a two week stay at Magic Village Views and we had the most amazing time. We were a party of 5 so had the three bedroom villa and it was immaculate. The villa looked exactly the same as the photos online. The kitchen and living area were a perfect size and the cooking facilities were great. The rooms were a very generous size with a great size space for storage as well. The beds were extremely comfortable as were the pillows. The outside area was very clean and the outside furniture was also very comfy. We used the BBQ several times and it was a great size and easy to use. The grounds were clean and tidy as was the reception area and gym. The pool area was also immaculate and the pool itself and jacuzzi were lovely and clean. The sun loungers are also comfy. We didn’t eat as the Asian restaurant so I cannot comment on that however we did have a few cocktails there, which were lovely. I would highly recommend staying at Magic Village as the location is perfect and it’s such good value for money. We were so pleased and impressed with our stay and would definitely return here.

It was a beautiful villa. The family had room to spread out. I like that every bedroom had its own bathroom. I wish that the gym had longer hours. Most hotels have 24hr gyms. The only downside was that I was unable to get complimentary soap, dishwashing detergent, tissue, and paper towels. They charge to get additional.

Booked for a family holiday to Disney. This place is absolutely perfect. Location is within a few miles of all Disney Parks and Universal is very accessible. Clean and homely. Everything we could have wished for.

The unit we stayed in had no dressers. When I queried the person at the office they said that none of the units have dressers and that the closets should be used to store our clothes. I enclosed pictures. Very curious. We lived out of our suitcase for the week. Won’t be returning for that reason.
