La posizione.
La struttura è vicinissima alla Piazza Unità d'Italia.

Cons:

La presenza nella stradina di locali della movida rendono il soggiorno un pò rumoroso.
Nel fine settimana può essere un pò fastidioso.

Pros:

Piccolo appartamento molto carino e funzionale, dotato di tutto ciò che può servire. A due passi da Piazza Unità d'Italia. Personale gentile e disponibile.

Cons:

Se si è abituati al silenzio completo, di sera i locali nelle vicinanze possono risultare rumorosi.

Nel cuore di Trieste
Pros:

La posizione e’ ottima per visitare il centro di Trieste.

Cons:

I tappi per le orecchie dati in dotazione aiutano a gestire la situazione. Ma l’appartamento è proprio sopra un bar che mesce vino e musica fino a tardi. E soprattutto il venerdì e sabato è molto frequentato. Sarebbe stato utile saperlo

Izjemna lokacija za raziskovanje zelo zanimivega mesta.
Pros:

- Izjemna lokacija.
- Dvigalo za dostop v 5. nadstropje.
- Lastnica je bila v veliko pomoč pri iskanju parkirišča.
- Zgodovinske zgradbe, zelo zanimivo mesto.

Cons:

- Ogrevanje apartmaja ni delovalo, tako da je bilo meseca marca precej hladno.
- Stanovanje je potrebno nekaj vzdrževalnih del.

La habitación era de un tamaño adecuado y el baño tenía una puerta intermedia entre el inodoro y la ducha que facilitaba la intimidad.

Cons:

El ruido ensordecedor del local de copas de debajo, desde las 19 h a la madrugada, es imposible descansar o mantener una conversación en la habitación.

Ha pihenni szeretnél nem ajánlom.
Pros:

Minden nagyon közel volt.

Cons:

Szórakozóhely vagy bár volt az épület alatt péntek éjjel kiabáltak buliztak hajnalig. Hangszigetelés hiányában nem pihenésre alkalmas a szállás hiába van a legfelső emeleten. Zuhanyzó extrán kicsi.
