Ha pihenni szeretnél nem ajánlom.

Minden nagyon közel volt.

Cons:

Szórakozóhely vagy bár volt az épület alatt péntek éjjel kiabáltak buliztak hajnalig. Hangszigetelés hiányában nem pihenésre alkalmas a szállás hiába van a legfelső emeleten. Zuhanyzó extrán kicsi.

El apartamento YACHT es muy lindo y cómodo. Al entrar tiene la habitación que es bastante amplia con una cama muy grande y cómoda. Tanto el baño como la cocina muy bien equipados, a mi parecer es un apartamento al que no le falta nada. La calefacción es muy buena. Tuve una estadía de cinco días y volvería a repetir sin dudarlo. El acceso es muy simple, te dan las indicaciones por WhatsApp con código y las llaves. Ilaria muy atenta, excelente y súper amable el trato con ella en todo momento. El apartamento está muy bien ubicado, cerca de absolutamente todo. Es muy fácil llegar desde la estación de trenes de Trieste Centrale. ME ENCANTÓ🥰

Purtroppo il locale sottostante è aoerto fino a tardi e soprattutto nel fine settimana è impossibile poter dormire prima dell'una e mezza.. la mattina dopo è dura svegliarsi per andare a visitare la città..

Perfekt für einen Kurztrip und Städtetouristen, nichts für Ruhesuchende.
Pros:

Tolle Lage mitten im Trubel der Altstadt, umgeben von Weinlokalen und Geschäften. Ein Lebensmittelgeschäft ist gleich ums Eck, das Meer nur wenige Schritte entfernt.
Eine Parkgarage ist fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar, ebenso die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten.

Ideal für Menschen, die das italienische Dolce Vita und die Geselligkeit lieben.

Cons:

Der Treppenaufgang ist eher schmal (aber es gibt einen Lift) und die (für unseren Geschmack zu ausgelassene Stimmung der Italiener an den Weihnachtsfeiertagen.)

Vorrei solo complimentarmi con la signora Ilaria per la gestione.
Pros:

Abbiamo consumato un solo pasto nell’alloggio ma dobbiamo sottolineare pulizia, predisposizione dei prodotti da colazione (bustine the, zucchero, acqua nel frigorifero, cialde caffè, etc.) accurata.
La funzionalità di cucina e bagno totalmente positiva.
Infine l’ubicazione dell’alloggio nel centro della parte più bella di Trieste: a meno di 150 metri da Piazza Unità d’Italia. Una comodità impagabile. Il parcheggio pubblico San Giusto (che se si usufruisce dell’alloggio è scontato) si raggiunge a piedi in meno di 5 minuti.

Cons:

Farei aggiungere solo qualche presa attorno ai comodini del letto per caricare più agevolmente i cellulari.

Kommunikation über Booking.com war gut uns schnell.
Pros:

Die Lage nahe des Rathausplatzes ist sehr gut. Allerdings vor allem dann, wenn man abends auch gerne feiert.

Cons:

Die Lage der Wohnung ist leider so, dass es bis spät in die Nacht ziemlich laut ist. Die Ausstattung an Kochgeschirr könnte etwas besser sein. Es fehlen leider Kleiderhäken für feucht gwordene Jacken oder ähnliche Kleidungsstücke.

Centralità della posizione e ambiente accogliente e completo di ogni comfort

Cons:

Nella doccia l acqua non andava via; la centralità della posizione ha come conseguenza l impossibilità di dormire la notte per la presenza di locali sottostanti con musica a tutto volume, oltre alle chiacchiere ben distinte di almeno 50 persone

Pros:

Nach einem Zimmerwechsel, war der Aufenthalt super! Wohnung „Yacht“ zu empfehlen.
Ilaria ist sehr bemüht, sich um ihre Gäste zu kümmern- leider nicht persönlich- alles über WhatsApp.
Die Lage ist unschlagbar! Man ist überall in kurzen Wegen- das Parken, im Parkhaus ist quasi um die Ecke.Toll!
Die Wohnungen befinden sich über einer Weinbar, die von jungen Leuten betrieben wird- ja, es ist bis spät abends laut- ABER, wenn man sich dazu setzt, ist es ok…:-)

Cons:

Es wäre schön, wenn man den Toilettendeckel festschrauben würde und ein Blick, auf die Toilettenspülung wirft. Es läuft oft nach und man muss dagegen klopfen, damit es aufhört.
Wir waren zuerst in der Wohnung „Cutter“ leider nicht zu empfehlen! Die Matratze war sehr durchgelegen und die Dusche war nicht sehr einladend- sollte bitte erneuert werden.
Spartanische Ausführung, im Vergleich zur Wohnung „Yacht“.
