The property staff made our stay extra special and the reason we highly recommend this hotel. Views from the rooms were amazing and the sound of the water crashing into the building lulled us to sleep at night.
The manager, Angelo, was pleasant, attentive, and went the extra mile to make sure each guest was having the best experience! The restaurant on premises was outstanding!! I’d say the best meals we had during our 2 weeks of travel.

They need to update the showers, the tub was narrow and slippery.

Wonderful staff who really made the stay special. Would definitely recommend and Bellano is a great place to stay with very easy access to all the major areas.
A few minor issues with the room but these were fixed really quickly!

Amazing location right on the waterfront, lovely lake side balcony, nicely decorated and spotlessly clean. Staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

The breakfast room was amazing, probably best views I've ever had for it! Staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is a scenic short walk to the town of Bellano where you can take the train or ferry. The floor to ceiling windows in our deluxe room with a large balcony were amazing for the view. Very clean hotel and room.
Air conditioning didn't work - we set it to 16 degrees and it would only blow out warm air which kept the room quite warm and uncomfortable for sleep. It was better to leave it off in the end. Staff offered to help but as we were only there for another night we opted to leave it off to avoid disruption. The breakfast food was fine, quite basic, no fresh items to order, and some items were not replenished/empty 30 mins before closing time. I also think for a holiday hotel 8-10am is too early. Also a small thing, but I think for the price, water bottles should be provided in the room each day. We were woken up early as the room was quite close to the breakfast room and lobby. Although there is another door separating the 2 areas which blocks the noise it was being left open.

The team are so lovely, very thoughtful and nothing was too much trouble. Our room was on the lake, a great view. The room was spotlessly clean and comfy..Breakfast was great, as was dinner, the pasta was so delicious! Parking was booked in advance and on site. Easy stroll into town. A great stay. Thank you!
