Gulf Hotel Colaba

Leaking roof leading to room shifting at 1:30 am.
Wrong and smaller room assignment than book. No compensation even after promising. Very unprofessional staff. Will never stay again. Will not let any of my known stay here.

U dont get the service that u paid for. The TV doesnt work most of the time and the wifi. U dint get towels changed. The service is really poor and they are not helpful

Das Hotel hat wenige Minuten vor unserem Abflug um 12 Uhr aus Deutschland die Buchung storniert. Wir hätten wohl eine Vorauszahlung leisten müssen, was aber in keiner der Mails der Unterkunft erwähnt wurde. Letztendlich konnten wir nach unserer Ankunft gegen 1:30 Uhr die erste Nacht in einem Notzimmer unterkommen und sind dann um die Ecke ins empfehlenswerte Hotel Causeway umgezogen.

I have booked my Room online
And on the date i did not check in the morning and visited for my booked room at 5 pm
Found out my Room was Cancelled
With out even informing

On the same day of my visit they canceled my room without even calling or Atleast send a whatsapp msg will have atleast made me aware

They cancel at the last momment by sending an email on the same day of my booking

My booking was done almost a month ago
And had my most important day of my life and this is what i have to face

Have to appologies to other because of Gulf hotel
Staff miss management
I do not recommend at all with the service
Had travel all the way from Dubai and this is the service i get

All booking and every thing is done had visited for my booking in the hotel as well to check with my confirmation 2 days ahead

Worst Experience i had to go with it
So much of my plan i had just because of this issuse of canceling has to face so much of loss and also had to felt ashamed in front of my family

I will never ever recommed this hotel to any one to visit

The breakfast area was too small and inadequate. it did not have a table for 4 setting. Had to sit on a couch and eat from a coffee table. They need to improve on this. there was always a shortage of cups.

It's a modest property. Don't have too many expectations. The elevator is tiny, with a liftman to take you to the floors. Don't fly in here from abroad with huge luggage pieces. Breakfast is pathetic to say the least! The breakfast lounge is cramped. I stood on my feet and balanced my tea on my plate with food!

Rooms were not ready even tho our train was delayed and we got there late.

Needs renovation at earliest with windows to have view of outside atmosphere and escalator should be in auto mode

Das Premium Zimmer hat keine Fenster und das Bad doch nicht nur verschimmelt, die ganze Decke war grün vor Schimmel, alles roch so modrig, dass wir selbst unsere Koffer danach reinigen lassen mussten. Als wir ein anderes Zimmer wollten sagten sie nein, Ausländer beschweren sich immer und machen dann doch nichts.

Завтраки кошмар, по еде прыгают и бегают тараканы. В номере стоял ужасный запах. Была забита канализация!!!

The drains in the walk in shower area didnt clear as quickly as should, resulting in a pool of water on the floor whilst showering. This was reported to reception, hopefully it was dealt with for the next guest.
