Cons:

Das Premium Zimmer hat keine Fenster und das Bad doch nicht nur verschimmelt, die ganze Decke war grün vor Schimmel, alles roch so modrig, dass wir selbst unsere Koffer danach reinigen lassen mussten. Als wir ein anderes Zimmer wollten sagten sie nein, Ausländer beschweren sich immer und machen dann doch nichts.

Очень хорошее месторасположение,хотели нас поселить в номер с раздельными кроватями, после небольшого спора поселили в номер классом выше с окном.

Cons:

Завтраки кошмар, по еде прыгают и бегают тараканы. В номере стоял ужасный запах. Была забита канализация!!!

Location was good, staff very helpful and accomodating

Cons:

The drains in the walk in shower area didnt clear as quickly as should, resulting in a pool of water on the floor whilst showering. This was reported to reception, hopefully it was dealt with for the next guest.

Pros:

the room does not look like the pictures they advertise on your site. I asked for a reimbursement since we did not stay here, we went to another hotel that we booked with you. We received an email from Booking.com saying that we would get refunded, but we havent received such reimbursement. Please reimburse ASAP. thank you, Sincerely, Daniel Holguin

Lift staff were friendly - everyone else was horrible and gave me the impression they did not want me there

Pros:

The room was a good size and it was clean. Aircon was good

Cons:

The communication before hand wasn’t very good. I requested an early check in twice via the email they provided and then didn’t receive a response. So when we arrived we had to wait hours and hours before we could get our room.
