Ein sehr schönes Hotel, sehr sauber und gepflegt! Es wird von einer Familie geführt und man merkt, der Familie liegt das Wohl der Gäste sehr am Herzen!
Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend!
Das Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet und reichhaltig.
Das Restaurant ist für den Abend sehr zu empfehlen, es gibt verschiedene Menüs zu guten Preisen zur Auswahl.
Auch die Speisekarte ist sehr gut ausgewählt!
Die Inhaber und auch das Personal sind sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend!!!
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!
Der Spa Bereich ist auch sehr schön

Un très bel hôtel, très propre et bien entretenu ! Il est géré par une famille et on sent que le bien-être des clients leur tient vraiment à cœur !
L'accueil était très chaleureux et attentionné !
Le petit-déjeuner est excellent et copieux.
Le restaurant est vivement recommandé pour le dîner ; il propose différents menus à des prix raisonnables.
La carte est également très bien composée !
Les propriétaires ainsi que le personnel sont très attentifs et prévenants !!!
Nous nous sommes sentis très à l'aise !

L'espace spa est également très agréable

La disponibilité et la sympathie des gérants qui s'est exprimée dès notre arrivée.
Attentifs à nos besoins, nos vélos n'ont pas dû passer la nuit dehors.

Du potentiel, ce sera parfait le jour où on réchauffera l'accueil et où on refroidira la chambre.

personnel du petit déj et des chambes efficace et aimable

l'accueil qui, lors d'un coup de fil une demi-heure avant notre arrivée, nous a demandé d'arriver pile à l'heure indiquée sur booking, dont nous pensions qu'elle n'avait qu'une valeur indicative. Nous pensons que la personne à la réception a agi ainsi par convenance personnelle. Pas d'aide au port des bagages, alors que pas d'ascenseur. Chambre non climatisée, difficile de trouver le sommeil

Merita una sosta questo splendido borgo medievale sul lago!
Pros:

Camera ristrutturata molto gradevolmente con spazio attrezzato esterno. Comodo il bagno con accappatoi ed il parcheggio riservato ad uso esclusivo dell’hotel. Posizione nel centro del borgo veramente caratteristico.

Prezzo per una notte notevole, rara presenza del personale alla reception, forse impegnato contemporaneamente negli altri servizi di bar e ristorante della struttura, fruibili anche all’esterno
