La struttura è molto bella, perfettamente in armonia con il delizioso borgo di Yvoire, un vero gioiellino affacciato sul Lago Lemano. Che dire della nostra camera? Legno e pietra si combinano alla perfezione; il soppalco, interamente in legno, ospitava altri due posti letto in stile tatami. Il bagno era grande e comodo, con un'ampia doccia e WC separato.
Abbiamo sia cenato sia pranzato nel ristorante della struttura: piatti della tradizione e pesce di lago di ottima qualità, il tutto accompagnato da eccellenti vini della zona. La colazione, abbondante e varia, veniva servita al tavolo.
Il personale è stato sempre simpatico e disponibile. Una menzione speciale va alla padrona di casa, direttrice e proprietaria della struttura: presente in prima linea sia alla reception sia al ristorante, si è dimostrata una persona estremamente amabile e cordiale. Ci siamo capiti subito, pur non parlando la stessa lingua.
