An enjoyable stay.
Pros:

The room was very comfortable and the wall mural and wood trim were a nice touch.
The lobby and artwork are tastefully done.
The free breakfast buffet was a notch above your typical motel.

A lovely place to stay!
Pros:

My husband and I stayed at the Inn in Long Beach and we will definitely stay again. The Inn is decorated beautifully. Light colors to enhance the open and airy feel. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The coffee station was clean and well stocked. The room we stayed in had a very of the beach which we enjoyed. Our room was very clean, plenty of towels, and roomy. The breakfast was delicious, and the dining area was very comfortable and lovely.

The proximity to the beach was great.
The restaurant choices nearby offered quality food.

A small market inside the hotel by the front desk that is self checkout or can be charged to the room.

Had a king room on the gulf side.
Hot coffee in the lobby.
Felt safe for a solo traveler.
Refrigerator in room.
Assortment of teas and coffee in room.
Plenty towels.
Great view to the gulf.
Pleasant staff.

Check in wss at 1500 and i arrived 30 minutes before...my room wasn't really ready until 1542 pm.
Room was dusty..windowsill..furniture etc.
Stained lamp shades.
Non working light in the refrigerator.
Microwave only on 3rd and 5th floors.
People using pool tracked water in the public areas to use restroom mode it slippery down the hall and in the restroom.
Bed wasn't made well.
Carpet in room dirty.
Dasani water only offered in market.
Preauth on card well before check in.
Slightly pricey.

Anniversary trip to the Gulf
Pros:

We love staying at The Long Beach Inn. This was our fourth stay. The entire staff is always friendly and welcoming. The breakfast is awesome, especially the fresh squeezed orange juice. We recommend this quiet hotel with the best beach view on the coast.
