Pros:

I really enjoyed my stay at Mogana. The hotel is located in a residential area, which gave me a great chance to experience the local lifestyle and atmosphere.
The front desk service was excellent, especially the staff member who speaks some Chinese (I'm sorry I forgot his name!). The breakfast was also very good. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the experience.

Beautiful! Staff were so friendly, the atmosphere and everything was gorgeous!

Sehr schönes Hotel, sehr nettes Personal, bequeme Betten und super Frühstück.
Das Zimmer war hochwertig ausgestattet wobei auf alle Details geachtet wurde.
Sehr sehr sauber und es war alles vorhandeln was man fur einen angenehmen Aufenthalt gebrauchen konnte. Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam , immer present und hilfsbereit . Vielen Dank dafür

Es ist ein sehr stylisches Hotel. Das Personal war nett, aber es wirkte nicht von Herzen kommend. Die Betten sind riesig, aber etwas hart. Es gibt die Möglichkeit, sich einen Filterkaffee auf dem Zimmer zu machen und es gab auch Begrüßungskekse. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber, aber bei uns war noch der Müll der Vorgänger im Mülleimer (wurde sicherlich übersehen, kann ja mal passieren).

Cons:

Ich selbst fand das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht angemessen. Wir waren allerdings auch zur Kirschblüte dort, aber wir hatten viel bessere Hotels während unserer Japanreise für weniger Geld. Für uns war das Hotel "zu kühl" und unpersönlich. Es gibt keinen Gemeinschaftsbereich, nur eine sehr kleine, unpersönliche, dunkle Bar. Das Frühstück war lecker, aber fast kalt und es gefiel uns nicht, das man es auf dem Couchtisch (mit Glasplatte) im Zimmer einnimmt. (Idee für die Zimmer mit Balkon: warum nicht dort einen kleinen Esstisch mit 2 Stühlen aufstellen, dann könnte man zumindest bei schönem Wetter draußen essen).
Das es in einem 5 Sterne Hotel keinen Cappuccino gibt, finden wir nicht passend.

Pros:

It was one of the best hotels we stayed in. The Deluxe room is really spacious, big shower, good toiletries offered, confortable bed. We really enjoyed our stay there and would definitely recommend it.

Cons:

We've come in the sakura season so the price was high . Otherwise would have been more than half.

Pros:

The design is nice and the staff does its best even though they are severely understaffed. At breakfast there was not even one person to ask for things.

Cons:

There is no lobby to sit in - not even one comfortable chair in any of the almost non existent public places. No place to meet a guest. The so called lobby is a couple of uncomfortable benches that are impossible to sit on.

Great, stylish, comfortable hotel with personable staff.
Pros:

Very stylish hotel. Comfortable room , great bed. The staff were so helpful, recommending restaurants and booking one special one for us. We also liked the bar area in which to enjoy a drink each evening before venturing out.
