la propreté de l'établissement et sa situation géographique proche du centre

le petit déjeuner qui se prend dans l'entrée de l'établissement .On n'a le droit soit à un café soit à un jus de fruit . On ne peut pas prendre les 2.

I don't deny the fact that it values for the money.

Location is not advised for a family. Breakfast offered is very poor and not up to the expectation of international travellers.

Great price, 30 metres to large park. Street food literally straight outside. Short walk to centre of city

適合不怕吵，喜歡夜店的人，設備堪用睡一晚，早餐不錯吃
Pros:

櫃檯服務很好，行李可以寄放，旁邊就是范五老街最熱鬧的地方

Cons:

馬桶蓋有屎，洗澡水只有很熱與很冷，很多螞蟻要注意，沒有電梯要搬行李，晚上會聽到音樂聲

Cons:

Bei einer Buchung des Taxis beachten, dass man noch ein Stück laufen muss, bei viel Gepäck nachts durch die kleinen Gassen kann das ganz schön schwierig sein…

Don't judge your hotel by the side street it is on...
Pros:

It was close to everything in the downtown core and it was far enough from the super noisy nightlife of pho da bo street. The mattresses were super firm which is great for anyone with back problems and they provided a small choice of menu for a tasty breakfast.

They could have supplied a daily bottle of water and coffee in the room
