Our arrival in Ho Chi Minh City was chaotic.
Traffic everywhere, scooters flying past us, and we had just come from a long bus ride from Phnom Penh.
When we reached Saigon Cozy Hotel, the atmosphere changed immediately.
The staff greeted us with smiles and helped carry our luggage upstairs (we definitely overpacked!).
That evening we walked two minutes to Bui Vien street, experienced the lively nightlife, and later returned to the hotel which surprisingly felt calm and quiet inside.
The next morning one of the staff members helped us arrange a Mekong Delta tour and even recommended a small local café nearby that turned out to have the best Vietnamese coffee we tried on the entire trip.
Small hotel, yes.
But the hospitality here made our stay in Saigon feel much more personal and memorable.

WOW. What an unexpectedly wonderful stay!
The team here made our Saigon trip feel so easy and comfortable.
The location is fantastic — right next to Bui Vien but still quiet enough to rest.
We arrived tired after a long flight and the staff immediately helped us with water, directions, and local tips.
Honestly one of the friendliest small hotels I've stayed at in Southeast Asia!

Après un long voyage à travers le Vietnam, nous sommes arrivés ici un peu fatigués.
L’accueil était chaleureux et sincère.
Le personnel nous a aidés à organiser une excursion et nous a conseillé plusieurs bons restaurants dans le quartier.
Un petit hôtel, mais avec beaucoup de charme et de gentillesse.

Pas de petites bouteilles d'eau systématiquement tous les jours il fallait demander.. pas de nettoyage de chambre en 4 jours donc pas de changement de serviette de bain ni d'approvisionnement en papier toilette .. le câble du sèche cheveux tout comme celui de la lampe de chevet dénudé et scotché donc par précaution pas utilisés ...

This hotel is 500 meters away from main road, this hotel situated in very narrow street
Pros:

I’m not happy with breakfast, their was not much items to choose from menu. We have to place the order last night they bring items from outside somewhere

Cons:

Behaviour of the staff that is rediculous, and there is no lift so we have to lift our luggage, nobody will help to lift up our baggage
