Simple but clean

Handy location, good price, nice pool, manager attentive to neefs.

Smelled musty. Worn down, Sheets and blankets worn and stained. Bed springs could be felt. Bathroom door wouldn't shut, sink faucet was barely attached to sink. Lots of dirt on doors, front desk nice. Hot shower, no bed bugs or roaches found in this room. We always check before we bring bags and such into room. Quiet outside. Breakfast is 1 Honey Bun and small juice or coffee.

Close to Three sisters river. Affordable with decent pool.

Had to pay a security deposit for my stay when they don’t even have any amenities???

Very rundown. Don’t think pool was open & coming back at night, absolutely no lights on, so missed driveway completely.

Hotel said they never got the change of dates and didn’t have a room for us when we got there and now is avoiding me/not letting speak with a manager that I know has been on the property in the last 3 days of me calling. Most unprofessional thing I’ve ever heard and now will not refund me. DO NOT BOOK HER

Bathroom could have been cleaner. Towels and linens were stained. Chairs not comfortable for watching TV. The bed was comfortable and it was nice to have a table with 2 chairs.

Dirty and bad smell towels. Loud exhaust fan. Not coffee maker. Bad smell room, i end up buy Lysol spray. Dirty refrigerator. Loud AC unit ALL night long.

The room is well equipped but older. The bathroom needs paint and an update.

Seemed quiet and safe. No noise makers at night. Just people sleeping before work.

Looks like they are trying, however, the entrance door on the inside was non acceptable, looks like it has never been cleaned.

Check in was 2:00 PM. We got there at 2:11 PM and they wouldn’t let us check in until after 3:00PM. Really inconvenienced us!

It is a nice place for a short stay. Good value for the price.

I don't think I have ever stayed in a dirtier place. We got in super late and we had to leave very early so we didn't really have much of an option but i would never stay there again or recommend it. Stained sheets, hair innthe bed and tub. Shower had not been cleaned in years, paint peeling in tub, water dripping from the shower. Blood on the wall near the toilet. Honestly it was a nightmare. I checked for bed bugs and saw no signs. It was the only reason we crashed. Lady at the front desk was polite at check in.

I never stayed. I had to sleep in my car the lady was very rude. I will never go there again. My trip was bad.

Juice and Coffee for breakfast, clean room

Bathroom doorknob turned around and around from inside the bathroom without opening the door. Had my husband been alone, he would have been stuck in the bathroom. We had to leave the door standing open the rest of our two night stay.
Black dust on ceiling near the ceiling fan and on the ceiling fan vent in the bathroom. Floor was not clean. Mattress and pillows were very comfortable.
