Radisson RED Berlin Kudamm

Good, small hotel. Good location. Responsive and kind staff. Delicious breakfast. Too soft pillows :)

This hotel is ideally situated with great transport links very close by. Also, many shops and restaurants.
We had booked a twin room by mistake but reception quickly and easily changed this. The hotel room is a good space however the bathroom is small. I couldn’t get out of the shower on our first morning as I didn’t realise the door can’t be pushed outwards just pulled in!!! The house keeping team randomly never threw away or removed our dirty glasses /empty bottles even though we left them by the bin.

The only reason I gave this hotel a 4 was the breakfast. It’s really not very good. On our first morning we arrived 8.30am the “hot food” was all cold. I pointed this out. 2nd morning they had no bacon so I asked for more I was then served a plate of raw bacon!
Last morning I tried to get the toaster to toast without burning - I gave up.
There are lots of staff but they just stand in the entrance talking there is no service. When asked anything they look very unsure! If you can’t do hot food - don’t offer it!!! Very disappointing and not worth the added money.

My final comment is on checking out there were lots of staff again around the reception desk it almost felt intimidating. There def needs to be more training on customer experience.

We had a great time in Radisson RED Berlin Kudamm. Staff provided assistance for all queries raised before and during the stay.

Location in Charlottenburg is convenient, various shopping and entertainment opportunities are within short walk. Other parts of Berlin are easily accessible by metro or train. On-site parking is an advantage and it was relatively easy to reach the site by car.

This upper scale lifestyle hotel had decent room size for this location with all amenities and services one would expect from such hotel; there was a desk, tea and coffee maker, fridge, variety of glasses, and even a lounge chair, among others. The lifestyle character of the hotel can be noticed through its design and on-site entertainment options such as live music performances at the bar. Breakfast had all relevant options and a’la carte choice including classics and more fancy dishes.

Lovely hotel in great location. Walk in shower was great as I can't climb over the side of a bath. Lovely large towels. Room not huge but big enough.

Hotellet ligger i gåavstand fra t-bane og togstasjon. Lett å komme seg til og fra flyplassen og rundt omkring i Berlin. Det ligger også i nærheten av stoppesteder for flere hop on-hop off selskaper.
Rommet var av god størrelse, badet stort og sengen var god.

This hotel was mediocre. My room was extremely small. No place to put my suitcase. 4 hangers on a rod and that was the only place for clothes. There was a skylight of sorts as the only window and I needed to get on the bed to reach the sun shade cord. The breakfast was edible, nothing special. The hotel is worn looking with stains on the carpet. The bright spot was the bar where the service was excellent and they make good drinks. The reception desk was also friendly and helpful.

Really stylish and new room, slightly cozy but well equipped. Bathroom quite small and had some mould in corners of shower. Requested single beds but could only get double bed, but is huge and very comfy. Hotel in a great location from stations and if you’re visiting for the Schöneberg area. Slightly noisy from the main road and club opposite. Staff really friendly. Would definitely stay again at the price we paid!

Tolles sauberes Hotel mit der perfekten Ausgangslage für Städtereisen. Sehr toll fanden wir die Kaffeemaschine und den Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer sowie auch die Weingläser und den kleinen Kühlschrank. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Das Zimmer hat alles was man braucht.

Disappointed with our stay. Room 701 was poorly maintained, with clear signs of water damage. During rainfall, water leaked from the ceiling, creating puddles on the floor. Even worse, there was visible mould on the walls near the window.

In addition, the elevator made an loud roaring noise, likely due to worn-out bearings. It was disturbing throughout the day and night – in my eyes… definitely in need of renovation as well.

This is not what you expect from a hotel.

We stayed at Radisson RED Berlin for a romantic weekend getaway – and what an experience it was!
From the moment we arrived, we were met with warm and friendly service. We had mentioned in advance that we were celebrating a special weekend together, and the hotel went out of their way to make it feel truly special.

When we entered our room, we found a beautiful bouquet of flowers, a two small bottle of champagne, and a handwritten card with a kind personal message. That kind of thoughtful attention really stands out – it was a warm gesture that made the stay even more memorable.

The room was clean and well-maintained throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had everything we needed. The hotel is also very centrally located, making it easy to explore the best of Berlin.

We’re giving 4 out of 5 stars simply because of a few minor details that could be improved to make the experience perfect – but overall, this was a fantastic stay that we highly recommend, and we’d love to return!

I stayed at Radisson Red Berlin for a few nights and really enjoyed it. The hotel has a modern and stylish design, the room was clean, spacious, and the bed was very comfortable.
The location is great – central but quiet, and easy to get around the city from there ( the U bahn is just outside and the S bahn is 10 min walk )
Overall, a great place to stay if you want something modern and comfortable in Berlin. I’d definitely stay here again.

My first time at this brand of Radisson. Great service at reception. As a Radisson member, I got upgraded to a corner premium room which was spacious and comfortable with luxe bedding and thick oversized towels. Black out curtains for each window. Super clean. Fitness room was small but well equipped. Location near several U and S lines makes it accessible.

Overall a pleasant stay, but the hotel should look into their routines when a guest gets sick and needs to see a doctor. This shouldn't be a chance thing based on whose at the desk in the reception.

cosy hotel - might not be very suitable for business trips. good location - helpful staff - good breakfast.
otopark is a problem for big vehicles as the entrance is very narrow.

Hotel wurde ansprechend renoviert.
Leider ist das Gebäude dennoch hellhörig, z. B. hört man im Zimmer zuschlagende Türen oder das Rücken von Möbeln aus dem Zimmer oben drüber.
Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit.

It was a great staying in Radisson, in the heart of Berlin. Very clean the room and very friendly the staff

Definitely I will stay again in this hotel for my next trip. Very welcoming staff and service and quality of the room were more than I expected.

Nice hotel

Hotellin henkilökunta tervehti aina ja olivat todella mukavia. Hotellin sijainti tosi hyvä, kun oli helppo lähteä eri suuntiin kaupunkia julkisilla kulkuneuvoilla. Metroasema aivan hotellin vieressä. Huone oli siisti ja nykyaikainen. Kuitenkin meidän huoneeseen, joka oli kadun puolella kuului äänet kadulta hyvinkin voimakkaasti. Tuo ehkä herkkäunisia voi häiritä. Kaikki tarvittava oli saatavilla. Aamupala oli muuten tosi hyvä, mutta jäimme kaipaamaan pekonia. Sitruunamuffinsit olivat herkullisia. Hotellin sisäpihalla oli kiva terassialue, jossa oli mukava nauttia juomia.

Alles bestens....
