I loved Amanda's great service , cheerful early morning banter , great start to the day
I love the Courtyard Marriott! My company hosts numerous events throughout the year. Bob McNiff on the banquets team is excellent, and always provides top notch service. He knows events and how to manage F&B and all the logistics that go with keeping program attendees pleased.
Very friendly team when I needed a room after my cancelled flight.
In particular, Amanda at the breakfast bar and coffee shop was very helpful making sure I found what I was looking for.
Rooms were clean, bright and spacious.
Bob was amazing. He made sure we were well fed and the food stations were stocked. Very pleasant to talk to!
Hotel was good, but what really sets this stay apart was the amazing service we got every day at the downstairs bistro. Amanda was the woman who worked there and she greeted us every day with a warm cup of coffee and a warmer smile. She was incredibly pleasant and great example of customer service. To top it off the French toast was legit and the prices weren’t outrageous. We will definitely be back.
This is the 3rd time I’ve stayed at this hotel and each time has been a great experience. The rooms are spacious and incredibly clean. The staff is friendly. During my 6 day stay Amanda was super helpful, its employees like her, combined with a clean environment that makeup a 5 star experience.
