Ein empfehlenswertes Hotel, wir werden es wieder buchen!
Pros:

Gefallen hat uns die gute Lage, das schöne geräumige Zimmer, ein hübscher Frühstücksraum, (wlan und Mediatheken waren problemlos nutzbar), gute Matratzen!
Das Frühstück war klasse!

Cons:

Das Frühstück war, obwohl es ein gutes Frühstück war, etwas überteuert. Aber das kann jeder für sich entscheiden. Wir sind am 2. Tag in einer nahe gelegenen Bäckerei frühstücken gegangen.

Die zentrale Lage zur Innenstadt, die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter andere Rezeption, kostenlose Getränke in der Minibar. Sehr bequemes Bett. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr gut, man ist schnell im Zentrum von Lüneburg.
Es gibt eine kostenlose Minibar im Zimmer. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich. Das gesamte Personal war sehr freundlich, vom Empfang bis zur Küche.

Cons:

Da gibt es nichts zu bemängeln, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Pros:

Die Nähe zum Stadtzentrum, die angenehme Größe des Hotelzimmers, das Frühstück war sehr gut.

Cons:

Der Einstieg in die Badewanne für ältere Personen nicht optimal. Leider zu wenige Parkplätze. Die Ein-/Ausfaht in die Parkgarage sind recht eng.

Cons:

Nach dem Aufenthalt ist dort niemand mehr erreichbar. Hatte ein Kleidungsstück vergessen. Tel. konnte nie jemand erreicht werden. Auf Mail wurde nicht reagiert.
