Venue was good for our needs, free breakfast, although moderate fair on offer..

Cons:

Paper thin walls, constant noise from other tenants upstairs bumping around all night. Bathrooms a bit dated and toilet backed up twice.

Great staff, carpets dirty
Pros:

The staff both at the front desk and at breakfast were very friendly and professional. Check in was easy. The breakfast was good, with a good selection.

Cons:

The carpet was filthy, the bathroom floor dirty. The room was neat but because of the carpet and floor, it wasn't "clean".

Will definitely stay here again.
Pros:

Dry clean and nicely upgraded. The continental breakfast was probably one of the best out of the many hotels I have travelled to.

Fit for our purposes but not somewhere to stay for longer than a few days.
Pros:

We chose the location for access to Prescott, Cottonwood, Jerome and Sedona. We didn’t spend much time in the room so it was perfect for that. We had the ADA room which was spacious. Staff were very polite. Breakfast was average.

Cons:

The room was a bit tired and the shower cubicle in the ADA room needs to be refreshed. The AC was very noisy but it helped drown out any traffic noise from Hwy 69 which was busier than we anticipated. The server in the breakfast room was very helpful but had questionable food handling practices; she didn’t wear gloves to rearrange food items.

Pros:

Great stay overall! It would have been nice to have some outdoor seating areas to hang out in but otherwise the property was nice and well maintained. The front desk staff were very friendly!! And we were able to check in extra early. The location was fantastic! Near lots of restaurants, shopping, & bars that we were able to walk to. We would definitely stay again.

Cons:

The shower floor squeaked and the shower head was not adjustable and was closer to the shower wall, making it difficult to shower. The towels were kind of rough also. We didn't like that the coffee maker and ice bucket were in the bathroom. They need to be moved to table located in the bedroom. Otherwise our we were happy with the room.

Rude racist staff in the breakfast area, avoid staying if possible.

Staff at breakfast were incredibly rude for simply asking a question if they were bringing more food out since it was out and the staff who was there said in a rude racist tone that when it’s out the microwave and then when brought out he went with another family to tell them it was out and was completely rude and racist to my daughter and family, will not be staying here ever again and would advise others to not stay here.
