Cons:

I only have 2 complaints. The room temperature was difficult to keep at an even temperature. The room smelled of stale cigarette smoke

Pros:

Very clean with large rooms, frig and microwave. Very friendly staff. Nice breakfast selection for being a continental breakfast included with the room. We would stay again

Older air-conditioner with no thermostat. Basically off and on.

This is where we normally stay when we're in Prescott Valley.
Pros:

Even though we didn't get an ADA room they still provided us with a bottom floor.

Cons:

The shower didn't have any kind of non slip stickers or adhesive for my mom.

Pros:

We came in town for a soccer tournament. We used Booking.com. Location was on point. Room was clean. Breakfast was good. I have no complaints.

Pros:

Great location near the Findley Toyota Arena. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Easy check in and out.

Cons:

The bed was uncomfortable and the bathroom fan was very noisy. Parking was very compact and there was overflow in the back of the hotel.

Pros:

We have a large truck and horse trailer, and parking was fine. I'd suggest putting a picture of the parking lot on your website. Not glamorous, but something we look for when traveling! Some places do not have space for a truck and trailer, or there is no room to turn around.

Wouldn't come back, definitely not the score it gets
Pros:

They cancelled and refunded my second night despite being non-cancelable. Had to leave for sooner than expected.

Cons:

- Dirty rag used for cleaning bathroom was left on the shampoo dispensers in shower, which tells me the cleaning process is far from hygienic.
- Could hear neighbors throughout the night and early morning, walls weren't very sound proof.
- Dust blowers came at around 9am, blew dirt all over my car I had literally just washed, and then blew a huge cloud of dust into my parents room as she opened the door.
- Room has that blue hospital lights.
- Shower curtain fallen down from shower. Rundown
