Value and location
Pros:

Good breakfast with helpful service. Comfortable bed with plenty of pillows. Perfect location. Fairly quiet. The microwave and radio clocks were set to the correct time, which is a rarity.

Cons:

The bathroom could use some updates but everything worked.

Cons:

The first room smelled really bad of cigarettes so I was given another room that wasn't much better. I did notice a couple of individuals nearby and one seemed to be living there and was smoking cigarettes right next to the building and his room. People were talking very loudly early in the morning during the day of check out. As we loaded up the same person was outside smoking and he confronted us asking if we had something to say to him. We responded we are talking to each other not you. I'll never stay at this hotel ever again.

A passthrough door to the next residence is only 5ft away from the bed you sleep in! Just a ridiculous design idea. So uncomfortable - I can imagine if a were a lady how terribly uncomfortable that might be too!

3 day stay Prescott Valley
Pros:

Great location. Comfy bed, good water pressure. Very nice breakfast. Friendly staff.

Cons:

My room smelled heavily of cigarettes. The man living in the room next door sat in his chair outside chainsmoking all day. There are non-smoking signs on the doors. I was afraid I was going to smell like cigarettes going in to work for the 3 days I was there. TV did not work.

Venue was good for our needs, free breakfast, although moderate fair on offer..

Cons:

Paper thin walls, constant noise from other tenants upstairs bumping around all night. Bathrooms a bit dated and toilet backed up twice.

Great staff, carpets dirty
Pros:

The staff both at the front desk and at breakfast were very friendly and professional. Check in was easy. The breakfast was good, with a good selection.

Cons:

The carpet was filthy, the bathroom floor dirty. The room was neat but because of the carpet and floor, it wasn't "clean".
