It was nice, just wish they had more coffee and creamer in the room
Cons:

Coffee was empty not large enough containers, or not making sure it stayed full, didn't check out the food, because there was no coffee so I left

Overall, it suited our needs for the night, but did not like the parking situation.
Pros:

Beds were very comfortable.

Cons:

Lots of road noise and not enough parking. We had to use the overflow parking at the Denny’s restaurant.

Dispite the situation my stay was comfortable.
Pros:

My stay was comfortable but tbe floor in the room was filthy. When I said something to the person at the desk he said ill tell the quality control person. I took off my shoes and socks. Put things away. When i went to sit down I noticed my feet were litterally black. I got cleaned up and took a wash cloth to clean the floor on my side of the bed and the wash cloth was black. I was disapointed that the hotel did not even offer me a discount. Would you pay for a room with a filthy floor?

Not sure I will choose Green Tree Inn again.
Pros:

Excellent staff, snack bar in lobby, location

Cons:

Mixing valve in shower didn't work properly, water was too hot and couldn't be adjusted to comfortable temperature,therefore only used shower once in 4 day stay. Fan in bathroom was too loud.
