Everything but 1 thing
The bed to hard
It is always great
Bed to hard
Great staff accommodation.
Not much at so for breakfast
The location.
2 days of a big concert and the hotel was understaffed. They had a new girl there who was having trouble trying to get everyone checked in. They called somebody in and that person had a total attitude. Accused me of having one after standing there for over 40 minutes waiting to get my key cards even though I had already done a pre-check in. Apparently that wasn't good enough. The worst part of it is, my room that I had reserved back on February the 4th, wasn't available and they called me the day before to offer me another room but it was going to cost me $10 more! That was petty! They won't have to worry since we won't be staying at this hotel ever again.
Beds were comfortable and the TV worked
Took 30 minutes to check-in, towels were not ready for the room (but did eventually show up), I had to go down and get a plunger to get the toilet to flush at all, none of the ice machines worked, and there was no milk for the cereal for breakfast, no beverages.
It was somewhere safe to sleep for the night.
Needs some updates.
Everything it was perfect
The beds are a little uncomfortable
Very good location and very nice rooms
The room and the staff were really nice!!
It was best value for week the staff were over worked but stayed positive
I stayed for the week and they only had all options for breakfast on Saturday morning
We needed someplace inexpensive for a weekend as we needed to be away from home several weekends this month. This was the closest hotel to where we needed to be. Booked it in February. Got a call two hours before arrival that our “accessible” room was not available. I asked if they had any rooms that were accessible. She said they had two, but both were being remodeled. I asked for a bottom floor room and the clerk obliged. Then messaged me back the room just needed the shower curtain and was good as new. I thanked her a million times. Lol. We knew it was not going to be The Hyatt Regency, but we expected a bit more. The positives: absolutely the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. King bed. Fridge in room. Husband moves a lot in his sleep. I never felt a thing. Close to the interstate-yes-this is a positive for us. Staff told me it was a newly remodeled room. Definitely thought this would be a plus. The lamps did have charging ports. Absolutely a plus!! Foyer clean and inviting. Negatives: Our hallway stunk of weed-in a no smoking hotel. No way the staff could have missed that. But did nothing. The shower was not even a trickle-no exaggeration. No hot water in vanity sink. Ice machine broke. Bed was clean. Floors clean. Toilet seat was yellow and appeared old and dirty. That shower curtain was hung so high, it did not touch the bottom of the shower. And accessible? You had to turn sideways to get into the bathroom. Definitely NOT for anyone who could not ambulate. No bars to hold on to. Breakfast? Waffle maker. Apples. One cereal. Not at all what was represented at check in. We did not partake. Newly remodeled? No. All the wall fixtures were old, painted over (very sloppily). Cracks in door. Housekeeping came in and then our keys did not work. Housekeeping NEVER comes in for a two night stay. Door from outside to our hallway stayed propped open with a rock. I moved it several times for safety. They kept propping it. I took the rock to a different part of the property. The clerk tried to charge me after I’d already paid in February. She blamed it on the booking site when I brought it to her attention and said she could not do anything about it, that it did not happen at the local level. I called the booking number. The booking agent said the charge was internal at the hotel site and the agent called the clerk directly. Miraculously, the charge was removed within minutes. And the clerk was NOT kind about being caught. I made sure we left the room and all the towels neat and accounted for and took pictures in case another charge showed up. So would I stay here again. No. Aside from a wonderful bed-it was a stay wrought with sketchiness and lies.
