We like it. Just walk little bit you will have a good view of Fujisan.
Pros:

Location is nice everything is in distance walk. Best is having free ride in between hotel and Kawaguchiko station. There are free coffee, hot and cold water, locker that fits a 28 inches suitcase.

Cons:

Not by lake side but decent walking with nice view on the way. Room is small as most of Japan hotels but full function. Just that.

Non so come non si possa dare 10 a questo hotel. Posizione perfetta, a pochi passi dal lago Kawaguchiko e sufficientemente distante dalla via centrale del paese. Ogni 10 minuti parte la navetta gratuita da e per la stazione centrale, fulcro del paese (pensilina n.10). Colazione superba, con addirittura la scelta se stare nell'area con menù locale o continentale. Camere di dimensioni consone, con bagno più grande della media e vasca che consente di essere utilizzata anche da persone più alte di 1.80. Veramente consigliato
