Great choice!
Pros:

They have all you need, and more! They offer a shuttle to the train station and Mishima. I believe there are other destinations as well. Complementary toiletries and laundry room. Loved it!

Cons:

Breakfast should be extended until 9.30 in my opinion.

Amazing place to stay
Pros:

I loved this hotel, it was great to have free lockers for early arrival. We didn't use the free shuttle bus from the station but we used the free express bus to Mishima which I didn't know until we got there and it's free!! We went to Mishima after our stay to take the Shinkansen to Kyoto. Great connection, super fast e comfortable.
Check in was easy and staff was very nice. The room was nice, with a comfortable big king size bed, fresh pyjamas, kettle, mini fridge and small table and chairs. Downstairs you can pick up extra bits like teas and shaving items to bring to the room. Bathroom was small but had a nice bath tub/shower.
Breakfast was buffet style, with mainly savoury options (we were in building B) I think building A where some of the rooms are located had different things for breakfast but we didn't go check.
Location is also great, close to the lake and also walking distance from the ropeway. Definitely I'd recommend staying here and any other Toyoko Inn as they have some others around Japan!

Cons:

There was a bit of noise coming from the corridors and other rooms. Not a big deal, I think it's common in Japan as it happened to us in another place as well. They don't sound isolate walls and doors very well but it's okay 😊
