We stayed there for two nights .the person in reception was amazingly respectful and cooperative.rooms are ok but the service is good .The food is also nice Overall not a bad hotel .pool and other services are not very nice .it's just normal .hotel is situated on rush area .
I did not like that it advised swimming pools but to use them you must pay US$30 per hour. That’s insane. On the website it does not say they charge for this.
My bathroom was not clean
Looks on pictures better than it is. Taxi from hotel to Airport around 200.000sums. Yandex go business (UZ version of Uber) around 35.000 sums. This is a rip-off.
Excellent stuff, good food at the restaurant, clean and quiet. Will stay there again when around.
직원들이매우친절합니다
매우청결하며조식도맛있읍니다
불편한점이없는지항사울어봅니다
Excellent service, great customer support by Mr Bekhzod, very helpful person. Nice ambience, in centre of city. Good for short stays and very clean and tidy. And easy to reach airport. I would highly recommend this place for anyone traveling to Tashkent, good food and friendly
We were called at 8.30pm on the night we were due to arrive into Tashkent to be told they weren’t able to honour our reservation. They didn’t seem that bothered with how difficult a situation this put us in and should have called earlier in the day to give us more time to find somewhere else. Really disappointing.
this is a wonderful hotel. Staff was helpful. All facilities are available at the hotel. We found it very easy to arrange taxi pick up from the rail station and taxi drop off to the airport through the hotel. Breakfast was very good.
we basically liked everything about this hotel. It was easy for us to contact them to arrange for a taxi pick up from the train station, and it was easy to arrange a taxi drop off at the airport. The hotel is quite beautiful and the breakfast was pretty delicious (there was one small issue about finding bags of plain black tea for breakfast, but that was easily resolved), Ilham greeted us nicely at the reception on arrival. Our room was comfortable. I'd definitely stay here again if traveling through Tashkent.
My one night stay at the hotel was extraordinarily good. The reception staff were incredibly helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. The room itself was nice and clean with a comfortable bed and a fantastic shower. Sure you can stay in Tashkent for cheaper but staying here was a real treat that was completely worth it!
Stayed here for one night in June 2023. Very impressive looking hotel, impeccably clean.
Room was clean and neat. Tea and coffee to make your own but no milk. Air con worked really well. Comfy beds on the harder end of mattresses.
Reception were very helpful and spoke fantastic English. Only note was on check out at 5:30am the reception staff was asleep on the desk in the lobby.
Didn’t use the spa facilities but checked out the swimming pool. Cannot use and when you want, has to be pre-booked. Pool is very small and cold more plunge pool style.
Great hotel, that's my second time staying there. Friendly staff, quiet rooms, comfortable, great wifi. No complaints. All good.
Hotel is excellent in all aspects. Especially the front staff and in particular Aleem and Alex. Very good value for money.
Hotel is very near to the airport and Train Station. There are plenty of good restaurants nearby.
The hotel restaurant staff lady was very helpful and professional.
We spent 2 night in this hotel, it's in a good position, very fancy structure, the room is big and very elegant, clean and with every comfort, like all the areas of the hotel. The rich and continental breakfast is rich and very good. The last day, after the normal check out, we planned to spend the afternoon at the Spa, because our flight was late at night and they offered us a free late check out. Helpful and kind people, perfect experience, we definitely recommend this hotel for a staying in Tashkent
Excellent hotel, very comfortable, great wifi, friendly staff.
The hotel looks very nice and the staff is very polite and professional Rooms are small but we'll furnitures .
The transport from/ to airport is a little bit expencive for local prices. Only one thing that was terrible was the noise. The hotel is just on side of very busy street and the noise was disturbing until 2 am. If don't bother this the hotel is very pleasant
Very nice hotel with helpful staff. The rooms are clean and warm. The staff will help you with any problems you may have. We stayed for 4 nights for business trip. The location is very close to the airport. Breakfast is delicious and includes many tasty dishes.
My choice for this hotel at the end of my Uzbekistan trip had been its closeness to the domestic and international airports. For my stay in Tashkent at the beginning of my tour I selected a hotel closer to the centre. The surroundings of the Royal Mezbon are not very pleasant: a very busy street, almost impossible to cross and nowhere to go on foot. Out the window, in fact a whole glass wall, which I like, one only saw ugly apartment blocks from Soviet days. Taxis are the only way to get out from here.
The hotel recommends itself also as a spa, but my time here was so limited, that I could not test it. Nor did I have a chance to try the breakfast due to an early flight. Instead I went for dinner, where there were hardly any other guests. There is a bar and a big list of cocktails in the menu card, but the barman seemed to be a total beginner and he didn't even know what brand their only draught beer is.
For dinner I had an arugula salad to start, but it consisted mainly of pieces of beef, not mentioned in the menu card. After that I had a 'Traditional Lagman', made with Spaghetti instead of typical Uzbek noodles and again mainly full of meat, the same kind as in the salad before.
The whole hotel is full of kitsch with a porch consisting of Corinthian columns and a rather overloaded interior decoration. At least the room was comfortable with a good bed and shower. Unlike most other hotels I stayed in Uzbekistan here one doesn't get an old-fashioned key, but a key card.
Very nice and new hotel, nice design, very comfortable, and very friendly staff. The only suggestions I have would be for there to be some cold drinks in the room in the fridge, and for the bar to have a few additional options for drinks. There are a lot of drinks on the bar menu, but the options in reality are apparently more limited. The hotel is very convenient to the airport, and is in a decent location, but it is not an area with a lot of restaurants and shops around. I also don't think the subway is nearby, but I did not explore all of the transportation option, as my company's driver picked me up and dropped me off. I would definitely stay here again on a business trip.
